Overall this was a good option for my friend and I because of the cost and free hotel shuttle from the airport. There was something stated about FREE breakfast, but that was not offered here. Not a deal breaker for us just disappointed we didn't have that option. The service was good though and we were allowed to check in early which was a bonus. If I had to stay here again, I would. For the price, it was better than some of the fancier places I've stayed at.

Clean rooms with good space for two to move around. With free shuttle service to and from the airport this was the deal maker for us. Just behind the building is a nice walking path along the water. Definitely will consider again when traveling through.

If you don’t mind the planes noise, cheap price, by the ocean, easy access to the airport then this is for you! Unlimited coffee downstairs, friendly front desk agents and check out their free schedule shuttle service.

The price we pay and we had worse! We’re frequent travelers and we rather use our money on excursions, food, drinks and creating memories…the last thing we had to worry about is esthetic of a room! As long as is clean, safe and get more for my buck I’m all for it! If you’re bougie then book a Marriott or something!

Definitely would come back and highly recommend!

The staff is amazing, everyone in the hotel is very friendly they cater to all your needs, the room are very clean and comfortable ,and is a very safe place to stay. Thank you for making me feel at home every time I stay

The room was great, the staff helpful, and location with the shuttle to the airport was great. It is disappointing that the description on Google is -"Freebies include hot breakfast, parking and an airport shuttle." But no breakfast is included. We probably would have booked here anyway, but this description should be changed.

I stayed 2 nights in here. My room Air conditioner can't get cool even though I wait several hours. I reported at the counter on the next day, it still the same on my 2nd night.
Some of the front desk waiters are nice, but I also met with one woman with poor customer service on my 2nd day morning.

Very nice king room. I like the bulk amenities. Also nice to walk out and see the bay from your room. Pilots stay here. Pilots only stay at hotels that meet union qualifications. Will def be back.

I felt there were cameras inside the room. I did not feel safe and felt very uncomfortable. Ana or somebody on 10/21/2024 mentioned inappropriate things during check in at ~ 7:45 PM. The location is nice. I wrote zero stars because of the service I got while there!
