I just LOVE Elaine and her staff at VV Nails in Carpentersville. I have been a client for 15+ years! Elaine brought smiles to my young daughter’s face when she’d get to have the occasional “big girl” manicure when I had an appt.! In fact, my daughter is still a client today & she is now 29! Great people, Professional services and very reasonable prices!! If you haven’t been & are looking for a nail salon, call VV Nails for an appt. Today! Elaine is the owner, she is phenomenal & her girls are great too!! I started as client but today Elaine means so much more to me than just being my nail technician…she is a special friend in my life. ♥️💅

The staff is very respectful, efficient, and clean! I made an appointment, and they actually saved my seat. You can’t imagine how many places make appointments and then have you wait when you arrive. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this business.

The worst experience I have had with this Salon. It should be shut down for good. Their equipment isn’t sterilized properly. I ended up with a nail bed infection. Went to the ER twice. With multiple doctor visits, which went on for 3 months. Eventually I had to remove my nail, because of how severe the infection was. Elaine should be sued for not keeping up with proper hygiene. I had posted this back in October 2023. It was taken down. There should be an option to give this place a zero star. Pathetic! Please please read the reviews before going somewhere, especially to these nail salons, the intense pain that I went through was unbelievable. I wouldn’t be surprised if this post is taken down again!

Great service! They took me last minute as a walk-in appointment and I was so appreciative. I got a full acrylic set done by David & he did a fantastic job!! I showed him an inspo pic and he did an even better job!!
