my first and LAST time going here! i made an appointment the day before and i showed up at my appointment time and they didn't have anyone available to do my nails. there were 2 nail ladies there and they asked me if i had an appointment and with who. i told them, "yes i have an appointment at 10am and they didn't tell me who it was with over the phone yesterday." one of the ladies made a call on her cellphone and then without any explanation, handed me HER personal cellphone to talk to whoever the heck she was calling. i was so confused! i awkwardly answered the phone and just said, "i was a customer with an appointment at 10, waiting for someone to do my nails."

i still don't understand why she handed me her phone to make that conversation, isn't that her job?!

the conversation was cut short, it was hard to understand what she was saying, so i just ended up giving the phone back to the lady.

i waited 10 minutes until someone was finally able to do my nails,. i honestly wouldn't have minded waiting, but it was the lack of communication, no apology whatsoever, and they didn't even bother letting me know how long the wait time would be.

& the cherry on top, it was my first time getting gel x nails and i'm pretty sure the underside of the nails aren't supposed to look like this! it looks so bad. it looks like the nail tech used too much glue and when curing it was pouring out from underneath. it looks so filthy and gross!

don't recommend going to this place!

I feel really sad leaving this review because I really wanted to love this location and have a relaxing experience. However, that was not the case.
The reason this experience was unfortunate and not relaxing is because I was cut several time throughout my fingers and my toes.
I got an acrylic set yesterday and a pedicure and both my hands and feet are sore and achy from all of the cuts I have (I have included images).
I was charged $95 dollars for the acrylic set I revived, even though I was cut badly many times and the nails had a simple design.
My pedicure was done slowly (which I did enjoy) but my toes were also cut and bleeding. My foot has been aching in my shoes all day. I paid $45 for this service. Which is fine for a pedicure I think, just all the cuts was not enjoyable.
The last thing I want to mention that bothered me a lot was my fiance got a gel manicure and although the sign said they charged $35 for a manicure they charged me $70 for her manicure. They said this was because she “got a special design” but they charged basically two manicures. This was upsetting because my fiance then told me that the technician refused to do the color gold on her design instead of silver because it “would ruin the design” and then proceeded to do the silver color regardless. In total I paid $210. I left a tip because my mom raised me that way but this was not a positive or enjoyable experience. It was painful and overpriced.
I have updated and added new images of my partners nails and how they also cut her cuticles incorrectly which has lead to bad hang nails. I also have them but no where near as bad as my partner

This is my 4th time at this location and every time I’m so happy with my nails. Staff is super friendly and the quality of their work is amazing, especially since their pricing isn’t real expensive. Today I got a gel application for the first time instead of acrylics, and I am in love.

They have wonderful customer service and got me in very fast with my friend. They made sure my nails were correct. I have no bumps and no curved nails. I absolutely love my nails and my toes. I will recommend this place now to all my friends and family.

Nails were done beautifully, some of the best work I’ve seen!! Customer service was great. I’ve been to almost all the salons in Chino Hills, and this one is by far my favorite. I will continue to come here!

Jenni and her husband are very nice. Never disappointed with my toes and nails. Pricing is great for the work they perform. I suggest making appointment especially in the Summer.
