I have not had one good experience here since Dean and Katie left. I keep going back because of limited options. This last time will be my last. I don’t do tips I just do acrylic over my natural nails. First I was charged for a full set when I just needed a fill. I still went back after. The last time I was there my nails were filed uneven and the nail polish is painted uneven and streaked. It’s been three days and the acrylic has already chipped off. I also got a pedicure. The girl was rough and it was a very painful experience. The water for my foot soak was too cold she was aggressive with the massage and barely cut my toe nails forcing me to go back before I normally would. The staff has always been rude. There was one kid there that did a good job and was the reason I stayed after Dean and Katie left and he is no longer there.

Where do I start? The other owners sold the place I belive last year 2023. I was welcomed, and pampered at that time by the previous owner Dean, and family for years. My 1st visit under the new ownership last year, they refused to put my signature stones on my big toes, that I've gotten for 20 years, saying they don't want to be held responsible if they come off. That baffled me because, in all my years it's o ly happened about 6 or 7 times that they might have come off within a day or two if they weren't glued correctly. But for the most part they stayed on. Side note: I tip $10 or more every visit, even if the service is mediocre, looking forward to a better visit next time. Anyways... so I went other places in Lake County in the meantime, until I decided to go back a few months ago. 1st I was charged $40 for a pedicure, which was higher than what it was supposed to be, because I guess they thought i wasn't going to tip! Totally wrong! I hope my mistreatment didn't have anything to do with my color! They new owners don't have the prices listed in the shop anymore. I went back on Sept, 2024, got a pedicure, the lowest cost one, and other customers came in, my worker barely scrubbed my feet, and quickly fave a one, two stroke on my legs to be done. Not even a 1 minute massage. It was literally 5 seconds each leg. Then she also cut my toe really bad, making me feel uneasy and feeling scared I was going to get nicked again. Well, she hurriedly left me to dry and to put my own sandles on with no assistance, to help the other girl. I felt bad giving a $4 dollar tip, but I don't think my service was worth even that. Bottom line they are not an African American friendly nail shop. To the new owners, train your workers to also treat African American people the same as other customers!

I am so happy I tried this nail salon. The first salon I tried when we moved here did an awful job just repainting my nails. Johnnie, Leo and the rest of the staff provide excellent customer service in a clean environment. Their not on their phones, and they listen to how I like my nails done. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger "I'll be back"🤣

The man there fixed my nails. I forgot his name. Tio I think. He was so sweet. The first salon I went to made my nails ugly and bulky. U.S. Nails fixed my nails and they’re gorgeous. This is my new forever salon.

Apparently they are running a daycare. Kids running all over the place, yelling, coughing on everything. I came to a nail salon to relax, not to sit in a daycare environment.

Got me right in! Pedicure and manicure done at the same time so I was finished in under an hour. Very good experience 👌 Will visit again!

Don't waste your time going here. Had a pedicure today. They sat me in a broken massage chair, that's the biggest reason I go get a pedicure. And I still had to pay full price and they painted my nails and got paint all over my skin and they didn't clean up the paint on my skin. I will not be returning to this place.

I have bounced around from nail shop to nail shop in Lakeport for years. No more, just got the best pedicure I've ever had at US Nails! I'm very pleased and will be going there exclusively in the future.
