Emily & Erin are the best! I had some sun spots/damage and needed it to get done before my wedding. Emily did a thorough assessment and recommended the IPL treatment which I got. She led me through each step of the process so I knew what to expect and how my skin would respond in the proceeding days. I felt so taken care of by her exemplary service and knowledge for skin care. My sun spots I’ve had for years are totally gone!! My skin looks so much better after this treatment! I highly recommend Urban Allure for your skincare needs! They did an incredible job on my face and I’m so glad I went. These ladies are amazing!!

The best place and the only place I would ever get laser hair removal. Erin has been my mom and I is laser hair removal RN since day one. She's gentle, respectfu,l super sweet lady, explains everything thoroughly, easy to communicate with, and makes my mom and I feel comfortable and valued everytime. We've tried many other laser hair removal treatment places spent thousands of dollars down the drain. But its just something so different about this hidden gem in the heart of San Francisco their top notch device/technology they use this place is amazing with amazing staff. Urban Allure is on a different level, totally worth the investment on onesself helped me regain my self confidence back coping with pcos . After just a few treatments I've noticed a huge difference with my hairs becoming lighter and less hair growth everytime, we hardly have to go for treatments now it's that good!

I just finished my 4th PRX Derm Perfexion Treatment on my face and chest with Emily.
First, It looks great. My skin feels much tighter and smoother. I am in my mid 40s and have crepey skin and redness and it has made a huge difference.
There is no down time at all and the treatment feels like a nothing. The reward is huge.
Second, Emily is just the best. She doesn't try to talk you into things you don't need. You will love her!

Amanda was Amaziiiiiing! Had one of the best facials ever. She was very knowledgeable and informed me about the diamond facial in detail. Her massaging techniques were also A+. Came out looking like a diamond bucks! Sad that she is leaving this facility. Wish you good luck!

What a find! I had to write this review to say how amazing Urban Allure is and I highly recommend their treatments. The staff are friendly, nice, professional, and genuinely kind. Erin, Emily, Stephanie, and Amanda are really incredible. They're knowledgeable and never push you on treatments and products they offer. Amanda has given me two Diamond Glow facials that were the best I've ever had with terrific results! My skin and face have never looked better in my life. I look forward to many more treatments in the future at Urban Allure!

They are professional, talented, and overall just wonderful people who provide an incredible service and experience.
