We just my nephew’s XV party at this location and we had an amazing experience with the venue and service. Food was very tasty, AC was working perfectly. Overall I’ll will do more parties at this location.

I give one star because i can't give a 0. Tottally not worth it. EVERYTHING sucked! Do not waste your money here people. My husbands goddaughter had her XV here.
1-Restrooms-the womens restroom had one toilet not working. The water tank was not filling, so someone used the toilet and it remained dirty the rest of the night, the stall walls/doors are fading from paint at the edges/bottom and are so rusty, and broken.
2- Food- the food wasnt so bad, but it was cold, tortillas were so cold, we'rent even heated up.
3-The decoration all looked so cheap, the guest tables. Table cloths didnt even reach the bottom of tables, they were mid height, does not look good for a quinceañera. The table runner was baby blue color, the fabric looked soo cheap, and they were wrinkled. How do you pay and get all tables with wrinkled tablecloths/runners. And for more than $12,000 that were paid, we deserved something better.
A BIG nooo on the photo booth! When we came in, the inflatable photo boot was all deflated. It looked like little kids were playing making a tent and left it all run down. And when they opened the photo booth, nobody even knew about it. And then they left it all deflated again. Very unsightly.
Good service from the security guard and one of tje servers was nice. An older lady with short hair, all the otjer ones were very moody. Do not recomend and def will not be using the service there.
Candy table big disaster. Apparently it looked ok, but the candy boxes, the candys were so old. You could taste the were stale. The pelon dulce, was so jard, it wouldnt come out.
I was so upset i didn't even want to take any pics. Heres a pic so you can see how wrinkles the runners were, and very cheap material. And not very well combined tje colors.

This place was horrible they ran out of drinks we couldn’t even buy water from the bar.
The DJ sucked all you could hear was bass.
The food was portion sized for toddlers.
It was hot and the severs wouldn’t give us napkins.
The drinks that they paid extra for were watered down. Lots of ice but no water to drink at the bar.
The servers kept reaching over taking things off the tables like they where in a hurry to clean up the place while we were still in it.

The severs where rube and the bar tender was to busy on her phone to make sure the drinks were good.
My friend paid a lot of money for her daughter’s party.

We rented a hall there. We were told we would have 2 servers. Well no one served our food we had to wait in line to get our food. Worse part was we were given paper plates. If i would gave known that i would have rented dishes. Beans were all watery. Went to a sweet sixteen about a month before ours and they had nice plates and servers. Other than that everything else turned out fine.

Had a horrible experience as a guest. We were offered butter 10min after everyone was done with salad. The chicken had no flavor and mine wasn’t cooked all the way. Security guard didn’t allow my husband to come in because he had a dress shirt and shorts do to extreme heat. However, I saw many others wearing Capri, flip flops, sweat shirts, shorts and informal attire. Being that it was a private party I don’t feel they should tell guests they can’t come in. There was even a lady with a tank top ( which was on the list of what couldn’t be worn) and nurse pants.

Horrible customer service, false advertising. Told us we could get Italian (Lasagna) but when came to taste testing did nit have the option. I had to provide soft drinks for guest and my guest were told there were no longer sodas and chrged my guest. I took home 14 2-liter bottles. Cake was not what we wanted, I should've just ordered from Costco. I also just received my usb drive of photos and did not get the photos I wanted. I did see during the video photos were being taken. It only took them almost 3 months to download to a drive I only could use 100 of the 500 photos the took. Majority were of venue for promotional purposes. I highly discourage from renting this venue. May look nice but that is all. Serveral more things went wrong, beware of an all inclusive package. They don't deliver as promised and try to scam you out of more money during your event. 😔 ☹

I will Give this Salon a 0 star worst salon ever the ladies that works there have bad attitude they server the food bad the food taste so nasty and salty i don’t recommend this salon at all

Reyna and Teresa were wonderful host. Very friendly people. The food served was delicious. Thank you for making my family's event easy and fun.
