Clean, very comfortable bed & bedding. Staff nice & accommodating. My stay, fellow guests were friendly. Only big negativity is their are alot of girls who work the streets in & out. And WiFi signal is weak, goes up & down.

The rooms all have roaches really bad! They come out during the day and the during the night! The manager was rude and asked about what service my service animal provided! I was waiting on a call and did not want maid service and he was insistent that they had a time that they could come in to clean. They don't even come in to clean properly because the last time they did they only changed sheets on one bed not both so all they want to do is come in and look around.

I think it's clean. The service is good and friendly. Excellent location. It's a better price. The pool and hot tub are clean. The room has a microwave and refrigerator. I like the university.

Be careful with this accommodation.

It is very dangerous, there are strange characters loitering around the hotel area and I would not walk around alone in the parking lot.
Take care of yourself.

My stay at University Inn was satisfactory, prompting me to give it a 4-star rating. While the room itself was okay, there were a few aspects to note.The location is convenient, especially if you're planning to spend a night on the town in the Fresno State area. It's a good spot for accessing your favorite spots in the area.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with a roach in the room. This may have been due to being in a smoking room, so it's something to consider if you're sensitive to such things.Another observation was that the bed sheets were quite thin. If you prefer more coverage, it's advisable to bring your own sheets.

On a positive note, I appreciated the security of the premises. Despite staying in the area late at night, my car remained untouched, which left me satisfied.

Overall, University Inn offers a convenient and reasonably comfortable stay, especially for those exploring the Fresno State area late into the night. With a few minor improvements, it could easily elevate the experience further. I would consider returning for future visits.

Clean and comfortable. Separate shower and sink is nice. Pool was nice and clear. Couple of places to eat within walking distance. The dog pound restaurant is on the next corner.

The only good thing about this place is that it is walking distance to the SaveMart Center and a Starbucks. Otherwise it is just gross. There’s stains all over the room, which is more like an ugly dorm room than an inviting, comfortable hotel room. It had a bed, a small table and chair, a TV and a fridge, that’s IT - no closet, no dresser, no iron, no hair dryer, not even any art on the walls. Small shelves jutting from the walls were your ‘nightstands.’ The bathroom was spacious but had the ugliest dated countertop, looked like from out of the ‘70s. We zipped up all our bags and left our food in the car for fear of roaches, which I didn’t see but wouldn’t have been surprised to, that’s how disgusting this place was. Thankfully we were only there one night, to see a concert at SaveMart, so we were basically only there to sleep and shower. I didn’t want to spend any more time there than I needed to. ZERO stars!!!!

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. people are blasting music at 11 pm when people are sleeping.
people knock on your doors when you’re trying to sleep and they go moaning past your doors and cause all this ruckus so you cannot sleep peacefully here so I do not recommend do not stay here. you could literally just walk and get a key card and you don’t have to show no ID no proof you’re staying here no nothing.The pool is green. There is nothing good about this hotel. There is sparks coming out of the outlets. The doors do not shut all the way there is mold in the bathroom. OK. Bye.
