We loved having our wedding at The University Club. We have gone to events at the venue before and are familiar with the space, but meeting the team and discussing the details for our wedding secured our choice. Lexy and Anna are easy to communicate with. We worked with Anna mostly leading up to our wedding and she was fantastic.

The venue is beautiful with the natural brick and wood, the unique character like the bookcases is charming. Our guests enjoyed the space, and the transition of us having our ceremony to the reception all in one place was executed perfectly. The piano bar is a nice separation for guests to hang out in. All staff working was attentive and very nice. We were thoroughly pleased and highly recommend The University Club.

Our wedding at the university club was PERFECT. Lexy and Anna and the entire staff were outstanding to work with. They were prompt with their emails and very thorough/transparent in explaining pricing and creating a wedding day timeline for us. They are totally organized and everything went according to plan. It was also wonderful how much time we got to decorate before the wedding day and got to clean up after the wedding night. We booked the downstairs venue and our guests kept telling us how gorgeous the atmosphere was. I could not be happier with our decision to host our reception here!

My husband and I had our wedding last year at the University Club and it was absolutely an absolute dream! We had a smaller wedding with just over 100 people on the upper floor and the space was perfect. Lexy and Anna were a joy to work with and they did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly. Having the catering, chairs, dinnerware, tables, and linens included, along with them coordinating everything, made the experience of wedding planning so much easier and allowed us to focus more on the other details without being overwhelmed. I really appreciated how well they communicated with us through the whole process and I can't recommend them highly enough!

I highly recommend the University Club for your next event or wedding! We got married there several weeks ago (lower level-around 200 people) and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything went! Lexy who helps with all the planning and day of coordination was amazing to work with and helped keep everything on track the day of the wedding. A huge plus was that they have a DJ and caterer on site so although you have to pay for that separately, it makes it super easy since they have worked at the UC hundreds of times. The only downside was the confusing policies/rules on the alcohol pricing but we figured it out. Plus their bar staff was great so it made up for it 🙂

My wedding was a dream come true and I loved everything about it. My husband and I planned a wedding in two months and the University Club was super friendly and easy to work with. Lexi and Anna made sure all of my visions came to life and every detail was perfect did the day of. When everything finally came together is was stunning! I am so glad we chose University Club venue to celebrate our special day with all of our closest family and friends. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stunning space and a stress free planning process ❤️

Venue used in 2022 for delayed (2 years) 45th reunion dinner of 1975 Augustana graduating class. Nice sized rooms with food service and bar, accommodations for dancing if desired.
