Windy was my hairstylist and she's phenomenal! She was thorough in explaining, did not skim on any products with me, was patient, a cheerleader, and her technique was clearly meticulous! She helped me adjust my hair color to better suit me, gave me a great new haircut, and took photos of the end result. Not only is she an artist who is about the outside beauty, she brought out and reminded me of my inner brightness, which is priceless! Highly recommend booking Windy, she's my girl!

I've had two visits at Ulta Beauty with Windy as my hair stylist so far, and every visit has been an absolute pleasure. She genuinely cares about what’s best for her clients, and it shows in every detail of her service. Windy is incredibly communicative, always taking the time to understand what I want and making sure we're on the same page before she begins. I come in not knowing what to do with my hair sometimes, especially with it being so dry and unhealthy, but she always has helpful suggestions on how to bring it back to life. I can tell that her recommendations are genuine and never pushy or sales-driven. Windy is also very transparent about pricing, so there are never any surprises at the end of my appointment. Still, the overall price of any services she suggests are always cheaper than if I went somewhere else anyway. So no complaints over here. Glad I decided to give the salon inside Ulta a try cause I found Windy there. I always leave happy with my hair, knowing that I've been cared for by someone like her!

I wet to the salon at Ulta beauty 2 weeks ago asking for highlights o my roots. I’d show the hairdresser a picture of what I expected. She said that she could do it, but she didn’t. As you can see at the pictures, it doesn’t look the same color on my hair now as it is at the other pictures. The hairdresser rescheduled another appointment to fix it and told me that it wouldn’t be charged again. I had to call them to reschedule on the day after the first appointment, but I was informed that I will had to pay more $250 (o had paid 180 already). Then I canceled the appointment and I’m trying since then to get my money back and the just don’t complete the request. Always asking for 3 days to get an answer, that never came. Always going on circles!
Edit: a week ago a received a call fro the manager salon to reschedule the correction, since they don’t do refund. Two days ago I went to the salon to do it. It is better then was before. But, some parts of my hair isn’t good. Today I went to another professional to do a Brazilian blowout and those are the pictures that she sowed me, before and after doing the blowout. From the outside looks amazing, but on the inside, not that much. But, You can get to your own conclusions.

My mom and my sister surprised me with a hair wash and cut for my birthday and Windy made me feel like an absolute princess! She is so sweet, explained every step of the process to me, and even told me how to keep caring for my hair after.
