I spoke to the owner Jim, and he is very nice. He explained everything in detail. All fees include cleaning, hall, kitchen, dance floor, outdoor patio, outdoor play area, guest room, men's & women's bathroom, and gated parking lot. You have access to all lighting, plugs everywhere, and ceiling fans.

Very nice place doesn't look from the outside but wait till you get inside. It's perfect for a big gathering, the deck and patio very nicely setup with a garden setting and a small gaming area for kid, teens or adults. Security is provided it is also gated.

Had my baby shower there and I have to say the place was big enough for my party, but dealing with the people there for reservation was somewhat difficult. No one on-site and getting a hold of someone was hard.

Loved it ! The manger and hall owner were there whenever I needed to ask something. Just had my wedding there & the bar area is what all my guest liked . Awesome

The outside doesn't give the inside nor the back patio area its due justice. It's a decent spot for community or youth events and the back patio was impressive.

I was invited to a Birthday Party in 2014. It was pretty good size hall for the amount of people that was there. I injoyed it. Yes I would Rent it myself in the future.
