Tubac is a jewel waiting to be discovered and there is no better place to begin the journey than the Tubac Country Inn. Whether you are a lover of the arts, a birdwatcher or simply a seeker of the peace and quiet of the beautiful Sonora Desert, the Inn provides a perfect home away from home to explore. Whether on foot or in the car, you are centrally located to so much. Or just stay put at the Inn, where accommodations are spacious, clean and appealingly decorated with charming Southwest decor. The rooms open to a porch with comfortable chairs in which to relax with a beverage and enjoy the pretty garden and fountain which draws beautiful bathing birds. When owner, innkeeper, Reagen Bannister says "let me know if there is anything I can do for you." ... she truly means it. She is that rare combination of competence and kindness. Hospitality is the icing on the cake ... once you've tasted it, you'll be back for more!

Online pix were so cute I was skeptical. Place exceeded all expectations, this gal knows how to run an inn. Charming decor inside and out, spotless room with too many thoughtful touches to begin to list. High end linens and mattresses, comfy chairs, nooks and books to curl up with, tasty lineup of free in room snacks and a great coffeemaker. Fridge , freezer, microwave, dishes. Wifii and major tv channels.Info binder in the room covers all the bases. Could have stayed a week. And will return. Competitively priced for area, walking distance to town and trails, free parking.

We LOVED staying at the Tubac Inn! Everything was perfect! The room was spotless and bigger than I expected, the beds were very comfy, and the kitchenette worked for all of our needs. Everything was quiet and peaceful, and so close to town. The chairs on the porch were wonderful. It was a nice spot to run into other travelers and get to chat with people a bit.

We'll definitely stay here again.

The Tubac Inn is my "go to" place to stay when visiting Tubac with friends and family. The owner has put so much thought and creativity into decorating the rooms and serene grounds. The Tubac Inn is also located close to shops and restaurants. The owner is exceptionally personable and can easily be reached if needed. Looking forward to my next stay!

This was a great place to stay. The owner works hard to make sure everything is right for you. The room is very spacious with decoration in the flavor of the locality. The location is in the middle of all the art and craft stores, art museums, and the other places that Tubac is famous for. Many interesting things to see there. I highly recommend it.

A quiet and well-furnished gem in the desert Southwest. The host/owner has created a comfortable oasis for weary travelers. Just off the Main street of the Village it's convenient to all the shops and galleries, plus the museum at the Tubac Presidio.

Explore artsy Tubac! Just a short three hour ride from Phoenix. A cozy, clean and quiet inn only a few blocks away from the quaint little downtown area. Elvira's is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Arizona! The distance signs on I-19 marked in kilometers rather than miles.

This oasis of an inn was a real surprise for me. It not only met my expectations but exceeded every one of them. The owner has a talent for interior decorating, as well as for hospitality in general.|The remote check-in was a breeze and the room was available early. The room was very clean and full of eye-catching items and decor, many related to the southwestern U.S. The room rate was a bargain and the location was in the heart of Tubac.|However, the most impressive feature was the park-like outdoor part of the property. It is beautiful. Lush trees and other vegetation. Sitting areas outside each first-floor room. And two seating areas in the yard away from the building to enjoy privacy and the natural surroundings. I met other guests and we spent some time there. And the "park's" light show at night was both creative and highly enjoyable. |I am now living in Tubac and will not hesitate to recommend the Tubac Inn to friends and relatives who visit me in excess of my own capacity to house them. Try it for yourself.
