Very good food, restaurant and area outside were clean.

The cooks behind the counter were very fast, efficient and friendly. Talked with the customers when giving orders and while customers were waiting on food.

Tried to be nice to the cashier and talk a little. But she was not having it. Very focused on the order and left. Maybe she was having a bad day.

We will go back and try them again. Need to get one of those in-house made bakery items. They looked exceptional, but we were there for lunch.

But the cashier and the other woman couldn't respond when I said good morning, and they just stared at me while I ordered. They have a big menu, so we were there a bit. It's not like there was a line. That was super uncomfortable. I hear they have a new coffee shop in town. Maybe they'll be nicer there.

Don’t know how to make a cafe latte. Insisted it has no steamed milk. Basically coffee cold milk & too much milk. Asked to redo but all they did was pour out some steam some milk & put it which made the coffee colder & amt of milk more. I had to refill coffee inch by inch to get it like warm.
Bathrooms are discussing. It needs to be steam cleaned completely. Used to be great place but eroding

Stopped in for coffee while in tubac. Great baked goods and coffee. I got a slice of quiche that was vegetarian and gluten free, and a gluten free scone. It can be hard to find gluten free options and both were very good!

Tubac Dei & Coffee Co is a decent place to stop for a quick grab of bottled water, but I absolutely will not sit at the tables as the tables are often so dirty that it's kind of surprising. Every time I have gone into the the shop I see that the tables are covered in food, crumbs, empty drink cups, etc... Even when there's a lull in customers no one from behind the counter seems to come out and just do a basic wipe down. it's just pretty gross.

Disappointed by the Service

I was looking forward to a nice coffee and lunch with my niece before shopping, but unfortunately, this deli was a disappointment. When I asked if they had matcha, the staff acted as if it was ridiculous to even ask. Their dismissive attitude continued when we had to change our order, making us feel uncomfortable rather than accommodated.

We ordered a latte and two cream sodas, requesting cream in just one. They added it to the wrong one, and when I politely asked for a fix, “Betty” insinuated that I was lying but said she’d change it anyway. Instead of focusing on their customers, both employees seemed more interested in their phones, searching for someone on social media.

Due to the rude service, we didn’t bother ordering food and settled for mediocre drinks. Safe to say, we won’t be returning. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this place missed the mark.
