Thank you Ms. Tracy! Loved our stay, especially the service. Small issue with my door latch and was quickly given a new room. They even allowed a late check-out and accommodated so nicely. Pool table made for some fun nights as well. Really liked my experience here.

I had an amazing experience here. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the General Manager. They went above and beyond to ensure my family felt comfortable and valued during our stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on us. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing visit. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality!

Rooms have no closet, dresser, microwave. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. No coffee maker in room. Blinds wouldnt roll up and stains on window blind. Crust on light switch buttons. Stains on headboard. Breakfast was the worst. Powdered eggs, watered down juices. Coffee was probably the lowest grade I’ve tasted at a hotel. Dirty carpets in lobby, Can not believe this is a Hilton Hotel.

Despite seeming like a new hotel, this hotel fell short of my expectations. Not just as a Diamond member, but I think many guests with any experience staying at a hotel would not like it here. In fact, I had a friend stay in a different room the same night and they didn't like their stay either. The location of the hotel is pretty optimal for the area, with easy access to the Interstate. Parking is free and there were plenty of spaces on a busy night.||My room seemed very dark and uninviting when I first entered. Granted, it was almost dusk. So I went to find lights to turn on, and I didn't think they were all that bright. I still felt like it was a little to dark to be comfortable, so I went to open the window only to find that the window treatments looked like they've been chewed on by a pack of wolves. I didn't want to touch it just to keep it from breaking more. So I did not get to see anything outside. Luckily, the employee I spoke to understood my request to have that noted so I wouldn't be charged and I was not charged for this pre-existing damage. But I am surprised that management would make a room available in this poor condition. And that goes with many things about this hotel. It seems badly managed, but the employees were all friendly when I spoke with them.||Other things about the room that are weird, but may be brand specific to all Trus is that there was no alarm clock, USB C ports, a pretty uncomfortable desk area, and no microwave. The towels the room came with were like Brillo pads. I think they should be retired long before getting to that point, but again, that's a management decision, not an employee decision. Both Housekeeping and James made effort to correct this and even delivered them to my room.||The towels are very small if you're tall. I asked for larger towels, but unfortunately their large towels are pretty small. I wish the TV remote was more methodically implemented. The power button will not turn off the TV for some reason. Click the button on the bottom of the TV once, then hold it for a few seconds, and that will turn the TV off and keep it from blinding you with a bright light when you hop in bed. It did that to me, and I do not know why the power button on the remote doesn't just turn the TV off.||There is a Target across the street. I bought a pack of brand new white socks and just from walking around the room, my socks looked dirty. I think the hardwood/laminate floor portion might have some dirt caked in that wasn't properly removed. I would not feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room.||All in all, it was not a great experience. But the few employees I interfaced with were friendly and tried to make things right. It's poor management that is giving such an unpleasant experience to guests. The employees I interfaced with saved this from being one star.

The hotel, rooms, location and price is great! I would definitely stay here again. We ate dinner next door at The Goat which was meh. I’ll likely leave that review on their page.
Anyway, I’ve stayed at other hotels with a great staff and not so great facility. This location gave a different vibe in the night shift. While the facility is great, the night shift staff seemed as tho they didn’t want to be there.
After remote check in, I got a very nice, personalized text from Ashley welcoming me but upon arrival I never was verbally welcomed there at all. As a diamond member, I would think there would be some kind of greeting. I felt like I had to force any of the staff to acknowledge my presence.
The following morning when the day shift staff came in, everybody was polite and spoke. It felt much more like I expected.
I love the Tru brand and recommend staying here during your stays in the area.

I was wowed by this level of customer service from everyone. This is a laid back type of Hilton with the pool table and games the me and another family enjoyed. It was within walking distance to Target,TJ Max, and Ross 3 of my favorite stores. I definitely planning on staying at the Tru Prattville every time I come to this area of Alabama

Very nice gym. Most places only have a treadmill, a bike, and an elliptical. They have those but also free weights, medicine balls, and some other items as well. Downstairs has a pool table and a nice lounge area. I think I found a new regular hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Tru, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with both the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. What made my experience even better was the friendly and approachable General Manager. He went over and beyond to ensure guests felt welcomed, checking in on us and making sure our stay was enjoyable. His warm demeanor and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire hotel, making it a pleasant and inviting place to stay.
