I stayed here for 6 days for my wedding and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean and trendy. Lobby has a great aesthetic with good snacks and drinks available to buy (not just a vending machine--- love that!). My room was spacious, clean, and perfect for getting ready in. The breakfast was good with a lot of options! Staff was very accommodating and helpful with any needs I had. I also utilized this hotel for my guests' accommodations and heard positive remarks from everyone. I would definitely stay here again!

We normally stay at Holiday Inn Express but have been a little disappointed lately for the price and quality, so we decided to try Tru. Very happy. Excellent value. About $40 cheaper per night on weekend compared to Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast has a couple fewer choices but is still very worth it. Very modern feel and more on the minimalistic side (no unnecessary dressers, etc.) Also, their bathrooms near the lobby are very nice.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The checkin/out process was efficient. The hotel room was very clean and nice. This is one of the few hotels that supplies a sufficient number of hooks/pegs in the bathroom for hanging clothes and towels. The breakfast was ok--not a lot of things to select. I enjoyed the omelets with peppers and the hot oatmeal was very good too. Even though we are not coffee drinkers, the 24 availability of hot coffee and chocolate was a nice touch and enjoyed by others in our group.

Cleanliness. They gave us a room where it apparently had just been cleaned up and the beds were being made. We were assigned another room. The room we were given had a desk that appeared as if someone had sat on it and left food stains on it and it hadn’t been cleaned up. It had cobwebs over the bed. And the shower had some stains in it. The air conditioning unit was leaky, and we woke up to a leaky fridge. On the bright side, we slept like babies, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and soft. The staff also compensated by giving us a late checkout at no charge (which we didn’t use, but it was a nice gesture).

I booked through super.com recommended by Google map, but I never expected that the hotel staff said that there was no reservation information in the system. I called super.com to inquire, and after the call was connected, they said they were processing it, and then no one responded to you, causing us to wait at the front desk for two hours and still unable to check in!

Super.com is a scam website!
The order cannot be cancelled, the money cannot be refunded, and I cannot check in. Damn scam!

My 5 star is to the front desk supvisor Brandon. He is very patient and tried their best to help me communicate with super.com. Their service attitude was perfect!

Overall, this experience was good. Want to give a huge shout out to Mr. Willis at the front desk. Extremely kind, helpful, and will talk with you forever if you ever want someone to chit chat with and it was awesome. Breakfast was your average hotel food. The only reason I do 4 stars instead of 5 is housekeeping. The stickers in the room say they come every other day, but staff members say they come every three days. And when housekeeping does come they normally only replace your towels. They won’t take trash or make up the beds unless you ask the front desk.

Well suggested Naperville Hotel with affordable prices! Close to Fox Valley mall within a seven minute drive not too far away from downtown Naperville as well about 13 minutes, about seven minutes to top golf as well. This hotel has a pool table, a pool and a fitness center. It is also dog friendly and has free breakfast with every stay and unlimited free coffee, and tea at all hours of the day. Definitely on of my favorite Naperville stays always feels right at home. Always great customer service here!
