First off, the staff are amazing at this place. They are helpful, informative, as well as well connected with the city and can refer me to all types of events that I wanted to go see. The rooms in the bathrooms were clean. The amenities were up-to-date. A full snack bar downstairs. A 24 hour gym. The pool is open most of the time. And the bathroom in the pool is clean. They have a front desk and a lockable door so there aren’t any vagrants or homeless people hanging around. There are full skylights in the parking lot so I felt safe leaving my car there. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit. A hand scanner activated, pancake maker, five different types of juice, oatmeal, and cereal.

10 stars for the staff!
Especially grateful for the honesty and integrity of housekeeping. I forgot a diamond and gold necklace. Housekeeping found it and it was sent to me right away.
A quick suggestion...when mailing a necklace, please Tape the ends to a piece of paper. They'll form a sizeable knot otherwise. But, I'm up for the challenge and am grateful to have my necklace back.

Excellent staff, maybe a bit green at the front desk but everyone in cleaning and serving? Excellent! Happy teams; can-do attitudes; very nice and pros!

Rooms super clean and bed/pillows and sheets are great. Firm mattress, medium pillows, soft sheet.

But the big dings here?1. Not any “smart” TV channels! Just regular lame television with commercials. No streaming. How 20th Century. Too bad it’s already the 21st!
2. Toilet runs all night like a light overflowing drip;
3. the sound at our headboard? Loud! Like there’s no wall! We heard EVERYTHING, from a cough, to footsteps, through the night and then the cleaning crew - every tool made noise plus their conversations!
4. The Elevator tower has 2, but one was broken every day we were there ( it says it’s “currently” out of order, hoping you’ll check out tomorrow and go on your way). We were there 3 days abd 2 nights, with no one working on it. I guess management or owners have a more lax definition of “currently.”

We are longtime HH members and don’t think this kind of trendy, at one time hip place, really isn’t as quality of an experience as we are accustomed to by the HH group.

This was our first time staying in a Tru and the concept and amenities were refreshing and fun! The room was very clean and comfortable albeit very small for a king size room.

The staff were wonderful and extremely friendly and hospitable. Special shout out to Donald who went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We were a bit disappointed in the cost of the room as again, the rooms were very small but all over it was a good stay.

Rooms fine for the price. Whoever was working the front desk was quite rude. He said the age policy is 21+, then proceeded to tell me you had to be 22 to get a room. He was so “gracious” and gave us a room because we prepaid. Snarky stern service is the last thing we needed after traveling cross country. I’d much rather walk across the street and pay Marriott for a bed.

First time staying at a Tru and found it a fresh new concept. The evening clerk could use some training on friendliness and professionalism but other than that it was a great stay. Fun room decor, and the shampoo/conditioner had a great scent (others must agree as I saw they had some for sale in the lobby). The lobby was a play to relax with a great deal of seating and games. The cont breakfast was great but I found the coffee wasn't great. They did seem to hover a bit at the end of breakfast waiting to close things up so not very welcoming to get a second helping of anything if desired.

We did not have a great experience at this hotel on November 15 to 16th. We’ve stayed in many Hilton branded hotels and this experience was probably the worst. It started with a distracted front desk at check in who was not very responsive or helpful. He had my wife wait for him while he ran around turning on outdoor lights before he checked her in. We were woken up early Saturday morning by barking dogs down the hall followed not long afterward by a maintenance man starting to bang on the door (hinges whatever he needed to bang before he started painting) across the hall from our room before 8:30 am. We got up and went downstairs where breakfast was put away at 9:18 am although it was supposed to be available until 10. Wouldn’t stay again.

good hotel but if the front desk girl spent more time learning the system, then getting tattoos, maybe I would’ve got my refund in a more simple, correct way

slap Dash attitude, and " I don't no" attitude
