I eat here all the time and this was the absolute worst service I have ever had. I only get an hour lunch break so I go before they get busy. We were, at the time, the only 2 people in there. I order my food and sit down. People start coming in and it gets busy. Understandable. They bring a tiny bag to our table. It's missing my sandwich. 15 minutes later I hear then say "I need a chipotle"......are you kidding me Another 5 minutes "Where did that Chipotle go". Another 15 minutes I get up and go to the counter because now I'm late. I finally get my sandwich. I come in there all the time I do not understand!

The Smoothies and food are delicious. It's just so incredibly slow. Expect to wait at least 10-12 minutes for your purchase--even if the place has no one in there.

As an eternal optimist I try to find the best in everything.

So the best could be “they were open.” But it’s not... I wish they would have been closed. We just waited 45 minutes for 2 smoothies.

We would have left but it was already charged because we preordered on the app. We waited 45 minutes in the building after we pre-ordered on the app!

Horrible experience. They’re were easily 40 people in this tiny restaurant

Ordered a tropical chicken salad sandwich without lettuce and tomato. Got home and it had both. Not to mention there was barely enough chicken salad on the sandwich and my bread was so hard. Normally i love eating here but that was awful. I really hope it was a one time deal.

I get smoothies there a lot one in perticular the detox island green with whey protein it's the best one for me. It don't mess up my sugar glucose levels and most of the time it's real light and creamy then it wait they for got something

Stopped for a smoothy, very good. was in and out. Would have preferred smaller price and size option to enjoy on a more regular basis on such A tight budget. But excellent!
