5 out of 5 Goes to Trilogy beautiful hotel overall. I had a quick and easy check in. I didn't even have to touch a single bag while unloading thanks to the valet driver Amore.|He was polite and careful while moving me and my friend's belongings. Amore also referred us to eat and get drinks at the Waterworks rooftop restaurant which we had a wonderful time at.

We absolutely loved our stay at Trilogy! I was a bit anxious before booking our stay since I was not familiar with this hotel, however, the reviews were good. It was more than I could have asked for in a boutique hotel! First and foremost, we were greeted at the front desk by an amazing lady named Brittany and she made us feel welcome and in very good hands! She was very professional yet very warm and very informative. She went out of her way to be helpful. Brittany definitely is a great Brand Ambassador for Trilogy/Marriott Hotels! We looked forward to briefly speaking with her each day which was the icing on the cake! All of the staff at the hotel whom we encountered were very helpful, friendly and professional. Alisha, our housekeeper was very kind and did a very good job taking care of us. The only downside was the parking which was a bit high but I guess that's to be expected for a downtown location. The fitness center was nice, clean, and although a little small, it provided everything needed, even water and towels. Breakfast carryout was very good and the hostess Faye was amazing as well! The sausage was so good and apparently unique to AL because I had never had it before. I was pleasantly surprised that the price to order an extra piece of sausage was not very expensive at all! The grits were very good as was the entire breakfast. The cooks/chefs did a great job fixing the food! As I waited for our order each morning, I did notice that the restaurant wasn't full but it seemed a little delayed with the eat in orders. The location is great for walking to the waterfront and we even caught a free concert while there! There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The best tourist attraction within a few minutes walk is the Legacy Museum, which is a must for everyone to experience! It was a lifechanging experience like I've never experienced. The restaurant within the museum had really great food especially the collard greens, mac and cheese, and chicken. The food changed each day, so enjoy it when it's offered. Overall, staying at Trilogy was a real treat and I would highly recommend it! Oh, our suite with the balcony was the best ever! Our Marriott status was rewarded very nicely which made us feel like family! Thank you!

Brittany, thank you for making our last night together as a family enjoyable and memorable! We travel a lot and customer service everywhere lately has gone down hill. Trilogy hit the lottery with Brittany as she really knows how to make a guest feel special and heard. She went above and beyond helping us book our stay when we had to leave another hotel because it was filthy (embassy suites.. Do not recommend!), and then went to another to find it was sold out. We are so happy that we got to stay here by happenstance and look forward to coming back in a couple months!

Room was clean, beds were comfy, customer service amazing.. Everyone we interacted with actually seemed genuine and happy. It was a pleasant experience.

Superior hotel with super service! Nice rooms. Amore is excellent valet. History of the hotel is so interesting. Handicap accessibility leaves something to be desired but overall excellent experience. Will definite stay here again and again

Marcellus was the most attentive and kind valet agent we have ever experienced!! Thanks Marcellus!! We felt incredibly welcomed. Stellar service. Marcellus went above and beyond. Great recommendations for food and drink also! A great stay!

I was driving the bus bringing guests to trilogy hotel and the valet driver Amore helped bring bags in for all the guests as they got off the bus. I appreciate that especially since they wasn't getting paid to do it. Great job valet. I recommend to everyone

I have stayed here twice.
The staff are always so lovely, so genuinely kind and pleasant and helpful. I cannot sing the praises of the staff enough. They offered us a wheelchair for my colleague who was having a hard time walking the tours. They greet every time we come in the doors. They helped us figure out our bill with patience and grace. They share a sense of genuine happiness and helpfulness. 100% sincerely saying this staff is stellar. Love this place and I will be back every chance I get.
