I coloured my hair with Donna in June ! and after she was done she convinced some how that it looks good even though it wasn’t all the same colour and I left thinking maybe it will get better after couple of washes two weeks later My hair started to turn brassy, I called to go back and there was no appointments available with her.
So I decided to go to another hairstylist and when she saw my hair she was pretty surprised that part of the hair wasn’t even foiled so she got it fixed and told me Never to go back and I didn’t listen, I needed to be lighter so I get a phone call from treo salon and I was like let me go back to Donna to get it lighter And I wish if I didn’t go. Very bad experience first I want to start with her attitude I had to tolerate her attitude and her complains about my hair that it won’t get light, not very nice way but I stayed quite the whole time.
After she was done she was very harsh blow drying my hair I could see strands of my hair falling out from how harsh she was. Then the big surprise happens when I went home and tried to pull my hair to the back came to find out she gave me a mohac lol
And she saw it and let me walk out of the door like that. I was charged plenty of money and funny thing is I tipped her very well both times. I think she thought I don’t know about hair colour or maybe I should appreciate her even doing my curly hair. I’m very disappointed and I wouldn’t go there!!! It’s a trap the salon looks nice and everyone’s hair looks good don’t let that fool you 🙏🏽
The worst part now is I’m dealing with my burnt hair and I have to wear bandana every day to cover the mess she did.
