So, my normal salon I go to are out of country for the month, so I came here hoping Trendy Nails could do what I’m used to.

I typically get an overlay and then gel polish on my nails, and the lady who helped me seemed extremely annoyed that I didn’t do a powder.

For my manicure, she didn’t even clean up my cuticles or anything, and did my nails in less than 15 minutes, which shows. She had a really crappy attitude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I absolutely hate my nails and they are nothing like I normally get. But I was honestly nervous to even say anything. I like a skinny square shape, these are definitely not.

Also, my nails that are five hours old, look a week grown out. Like seriously? A friend today was shocked when I told her I just got these nails done, as she commented on how they were “grown out” already.

Also, my pedicure, each foot is literally a different shade of “the same” polish. How does that work? $100 out the window.

What a waste. I’m really disappointed and likely will not be going back. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this is ONE thing I get to do for myself as a busy mom, and it was a pretty big let down.

This was an absolute terrible experience. It seems like nobody knew what they were doing. They put my acrylic on so flat that I am afraid if I move my nails wrong it’s going to crack. My nails look like they are lifting off of my finger and they Had me leaving the salon with paint still all over my fingers and acrylic built up underneath of my nail absolutely disgusting and horrible job!

the BEST nail salon in cheyenne. My nails always turn out amazing and my pedicures, and they are very kind. it’s a peaceful place. 10/10 recommend❤️

Worst nail experience I have ever had. If I could put 0 stars I would. The lady with blond hair didn’t listen to me at all. She kept pushing my hands down aggressively bec of the hand position. She was rushing and did not take her time at all. I wanted an ombré nail set and she cut my fingers and made them bleed. It’s now a day later and my hands still hurt. I wasted 60 dollars and I went home to soak them off. I wasted my time and I will never go back.

ladies were super nice but 2 of my fingers got cut up and haven’t stopped bleeding for 30min. Sad because the pedicure was awesome, but i’m definitely annoyed about my fingers 🙁
the ladies were super apologetic but my manicure is ruined 🙁

I went to another place and within 4 days they looked really bad. Decided to try trendy nails and she fixed them and they look AMAZING, even gave me a little Christmas present, and they were very reasonably priced compared to the other place I went

Took my daughter in for her birthday for a pedicure and a little tiny manicure (think painted nails). She got her toes done and they look great, very cute. Her fingers looked super cute but all the gel polish came off in less than 3 days, 3 of her nails had peeled off in less than 24 hours. Normally I'd go back and see if they'd just redo them but she was pretty bummed and didn't want to. Both our pedicures came out great.

Took my daughter in today for a new set. Booked online appointment. When we got there they were behind and busy. We didn't mind the wait but they rushed through her nails. They didn't care to do her cuticles at all. Just slapped the nails on and done. They even cut the tip of her finger while doing them. Not sure how. Yes her nails come out looking good but still. Then charged us more then what the booking said and no she didn't have anything extra done. This was our first and last time coming here.
