Our first night was less than ideal. The bedsheets had stains everywhere, there was smudge ans hair on the toilet seat. Unfortunately it was too late to get housekeeping to clean our room but I alerted front desk and they were quick to reprimand the problem the following day and changed the sheets and cleaned our room. Our second night was much better seeing clean sheets and linens and a cleaner bathroom.

The location is also quiet so we got a pretty good night sleep every night. Location isn't too bad, and it's not sketchy as some reviews claim it to be.

Positive: The value for the price. Even though Travelodge is on the cheaper side of the list, the value offered makes it a great choice, the hotel was safe, well-light, and met the basic standards for a good stay. Negative: The pillows were not 100% clean, good thing we brought our own pillowcases, and we would've loved it if they offered water bottles or a water station, either in the room or in the lobby.

Staff was friendly. Room was cozy and spacious. Parking is free and easy. Next time I recommend sleeping away from the street. You can hear the cars all night. Doors are thin, so you could hear people throughout the night as well.

Booked in Bookings, location was great for me as I was visiting family in Cudahay. I selected to pay at the property. One issue I had was they charged me at around 2pm and check in time was 4pm, why would they charge me before I am able to check in, I maybe wanted to use a different card, they dont know but now i had to use the one on file. Next the room was fine, nothing weird expect the pillow case had some weird stains on it. The bed in room 203 would make some popping sounds when you moved, almost sounded like a faint gun shot from a couple of blocks away. North Gate market was literally across the street. Boba store was also across the street. Neighborhood seemed safe. Hotel is safe.

Clean, from dest was GREAT, no bugs, room had everything we needed. Good cable and WiFi too.

Customer service is fantastic. Room was updated. Towels are soft. Linens clean. Toilet and sink are in 1 room and a huge shower was in another. This was a great bonus, especially with families.

Only a couple issues:
1) Mold in shower
2) Floor was sticky to walk on in rubber soled shoes. However in socks, no stick.
3) Worst part…. Our room had the window look out over the Main Street. All night long cars are racing up and down, sirens, and any other type of big city noise (not a big city). This was miserable when trying to sleep.

I recommend this place, just get a room away from the street.

I am very disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of this Travelodge location and want to share my experience. My partner and I stayed in room 223 last night. We saw 6 small roaches come into the bathroom last night through a small hole near the floor by the bathtub (see photos attached). The roaches were climbing across the bathroom walls and doorway this morning. When bringing this up to hotel management, my partner was told that it didn’t matter that she has photos of the bugs, that an exterminator will have to first find them and then a refund can be discussed. While all of this was said no information was written down so it didn’t feel like our experience/concerns were being taken seriously. For any future travelers that stay here, I hope you don’t have to deal with what my partner and I experienced during our stay! It’s one thing to deal with the roaches themselves but then to speak up about it, and not feel like the complaint is truly being listened to is very concerning.

We recently stayed at this location during our LA leg of our California trip. We have been staying at various Travelodges and La Quintas and this was one of the best experiences. The room was immaculate and thoroughly sanitized. The entire premises were spotless, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and courteous (Had no wait time for checking in or during check-out). Our room and bathroom were very spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bathroom was stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner – something I haven't seen at other Travelodges we've stayed at. The cherry on top was the TV having Fox Sports, allowing us to watch the Euro Cup matches. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this location.
