The room was clean, the linens were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, towels and wash clothes had that fresh cleaned smell. The service was great. The property was quiet. Parking was ok. And the location really helped. I recommend.

Newly remodeled; easy entry shower. Eco friendly shampoo and body wash without extra individual packaging was great!|Wish breakfast had been included.|Room decor could have included photos unique to the area--like Parker Dam, desert flora and fauna, instead of meaningless abstract colors.

The room was clean, the room was very spacious. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. The pool was not complete but I am happy to see that it is a work in progress. There is a very cute seating area outside the rooms, a table along with two chairs is a nice touch.

Positive: Friendly employees, best price in town for the quality, fridge, TV set, comfortable bed, location, cost. Negative: Minor thing, but maybe more sports channels LOL? However I?m not in the room that much at all, and having those would likely drive up the cost.

Stayed here for work, won’t do it again. Bathroom doesn’t have a towel rack so towels are stacked on the window sill, towels are dingy. The air conditioner is disabled and a ceiling fan was installed. If it’s cold there is an old plug in space heater to use. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. The pool has been under construction for over a year based on other reviews, and no crew was working on it at all, they probably have no intentions of actually fixing it. The room smelled bad. And I was double charged. I recommend you spend a little bit more and stay somewhere else.

My room was clean, bed comfortable and nice tv. Bath tub shows age and traffic noise was bad. Restaurant was handy next door.

Worst bathtub and worst service ever. Even at the time of payment owner says that was the best room you ever find in Parker but I was been fooled by him. He breaks my trust. No parking space. Lights are not working perfectly. Towels are not good enough.

Pros - Location
Pros - Rooms Clean

Pros - working heater
Cons - Service - we asked for extra pillows and towels a month in advance. we were advised via email that extras would be in room waiting. (actually there was none and we had to beg for 1 extra towel and 1 extra pillow)
Cons - Room Danger - raised floor of bathroom means a. tripping and falling b. damaging feet and toes (which in fact we did trip and I smashed my toe thankfully nothing broken) Did Front desk do anything about it? Nope. They said and I quote (we're aware of it.) no compensations, no i'm sorry are you ok, do you need medical attention, nothing.
Cons - Room Danger - in addition to deadly raised floor, property puts a five foot tall hanger rack right next to the bathroom entry which oddly enough when the lights are off you walk right into it and get hangars dangling in your face and kicking the hangar rack. Why would this be there? Why would this not be against the wall not in the walk way? Great Question.
Cons - no email updates about any of these items in question in addition nothing about pool being out of order. Yes we know it's winter time but the weather was fantastic but since no notice of pool being out of order no pool.
Cons - customer service. I don't know exactly how you manage to stay in business when you charge what you charge and then treat or not treat guests like this. no happy greetings, no happy departures. barely any english at all (which is fine but still) If it weren't for the outstanding location of your place we'd probably be trying to find something else. Based on the trouble we had this time around we'll probably be forced to since the management was aware and no notices were sent out, no warnings no nothing. rent at your own risk. I certainly hope you change how you do business before someone really gets hurt and you lose the property under some type of crazy litigation. Until next time.
