We stayed here for 8 days with my family. Deposit is & 200 which is fine but in our room there is no fridge, water bottles, microwave and kettle! Only, iron with iron board and dryer! Check-in late due to flight delays and need to eat somewhere. I asked the receptionist what time coffee machine open. She said 7-9.
2nd day, ( Tues) we're out and back about 20:30. I don't feel well. Feeling under the weather but I don't want to ruined our holiday. I just wanted a pot noodle. I went to reception and tried to push the door and it was closed. I asked the lady if I can get a hot water. She turned and said to me it's close at 8pm. I said to her that I spoken that lady herelast night she said 9pm. That lady is very rude and not even say sorry. I said to her I don't think is fair! We don't have any kettle, microwave and fridge in our room and your asking for 200 deposit and you can't give me a hot water! I got back to our room so upset. After 5 days ( Friday) when we got back, there is a fridge and microwave in our room. No words, or phone call that they will provide. they just leave in our room. Even though we put no disturb in our room. It would be nice to call us that they will provide at least we know.
After 8 days, we are ready to leave. We had a phone call to remind us that check out is 11am. My son gave the key to the reception but when he asked for deposit. Lady said it will be in this afternoon. My argument is you are very quick of asking for deposit but not quick enough to return deposit back. Only half of 200 you give. He received £86 that afternoon of 8/10/24 and he emailed you and said it was an error. My son emailed you again and you said after 5-7 days? The second half?. He still waiting for remaining balance of £64. You don't know how to look after your guests. We travelled a long hours flight and we are all very frustrated in this hotel. Kettle is more important than dryer or iron board especially if your guests travel from a long journey.

We are so disappointed with this hotel.

A lot of talk on how bad this place is I didn't experience any of. Great service at check in. Room was clean as well as the bathroom. The pool was closed. Quiet low key area of Lynnwood. Lots of places to eat around this place. It's perfect place just to stay and explore L.A. Definitely would stay here again.

I love the place nice and quiet and staff were respectful and I would recommend anybody to stay here thank you I had a nice time with my family I will be coming back thank you wonderful service but one thing I don't like there's know fridge and microwave in the room so we had to keep buying food and drinks and that was eating my money up but everything else was great God blessings......

I had already made a reservation for a week, paid, and when I get there, the room wasn’t ready. Check in time was 2pm and it was past that. They also tell me I have to make a $200 deposit. ? When i have already paid for the room. I had requested a microwave earlier and was told it would be provided shortly. We come back (it’s 2:30pm already) and the room doesn’t have the microwave i was promised. I go back to the front desk to ask and I’m told again it’ll be there shortly. I get frustrated and ask her when because it’s about to be 3pm already i just want to eat some food and shower. No instead I get my reservation cancelled and treated disrespectfully. I got a full refund without fees because even the agent I talked to (Expedia as thats where i made my reservation) agreed it wasn’t my fault. Tldr: i got my reservation canceled all because i kept asking for the microwave i was promised and the manager on-site allowed it to happen. Watch at the end of this review, Travelodge is gonna reply with empty promises on how they’ll make sure this never happens again. IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AND THEY D O N T CARE. The women at the front especially SALLY deserve to be fired I’m homeless at the time I’m making this review . Travelodge should be ashamed of their ridiculous employees nothing was done about this

The pool is closed the jacuzzi has a tarp over it.This in the middle of summer, coffee machine in the lobby is out of order no breakfast not even basic pastry also the shower had no water pressure not to mention low shower head small full bed not a queen stray cats roaming no mini fridge I called ahead to request a microwave to put in my room since that the only way you can get one I was told it would be in my room before I arrived but they lied said I didn't put in a request.Loud next to main street and freeway would not recommend $200 deposit on credit card only ice machine closes at 10pm don't know why they have a basketball hoop if the car's park right under it lol July 2024

The girls at the front dont know how to use a computer . Had to call the manager for approval . Reservation got made 6 hours prior to arrival. At the end went to motel 6 . got a room in 5 minutes. 9 min away
