It's what I expected a 2* hotel. I wasn't expecting luxury and it wasnt.
The room was quite large. I will say they performed daily changing of linens which you don't get in many 4* hotels these days. Plus the bed was comfortable and not too firm or squishy.
I'm giving this a 3* rating because of the price point during a busy weekend when every other hotel was $350/night minimum. Otherwise it's an ok hotel and realistically a 2*. (On par with some remote hotels I've stayed in rural areas of Africa and India, except here I could wash my toothbrush with tap water)

The area is quiet and felt safe. Near many restaurants and shops, but hotel location feels isolated which is ok because it was nice and quiet.

The beds were comfortable, rooms had a fridge and everything worked. Although odd there was a sign that said don't fill the bathtub with water?

The furniture and bedding were quite dated and some areas were worn down. But, for the price (especially during a large event weekend) the room worked fine for me.

Guest rooms could use some updates, but TV/internet worked well and the great staff make this establishment worth a visit.

Positive: Its location worked for us. It was quiet (because there were very few other customers). The room refrigerator was larger than normal. Great hot water for sink & shower. Negative: The furnishings were mismatched & dated. It was mid century modern not as an update! The couch was very worn; I wasn't comfortable sitting on it. Room did not get cleaned after our first night. Had two small pillows and bedding was old and worn thin. Negative: ""

Service from Karen at the front desk is great . This is my new home away from home when visiting Palm Desert from LA. It is off Hwy 111 and very practical to go to the restaurants and shops. The amenities are limited but very nice and clean. Will definitely be back.

Get what you pay for. Half the price of other hotels, gets you half the amenities and quality. Rooms are run down. If you check in after 8pm. Expect to go to the bullet proof window outside. Staff is short and don't ask for special requests cause you ain't getting em.

Check-in was super easy. The staff were very kind and helpful!! Rooms are nice & clean…. I had arrived a couple hours before check-in time but they let me in anyway!! Great job guys keep up the good work!!

The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. Close enough to be considered walkable.
The room was nice and tidy, no weird smells. The bed though was not comfortable at all. It was hard as a rock and the pillows were like little biscuits.
The owners could probably invest in newer furnishings. The couch was stained and filthy looking as was the antique-ish looking chair.
I stayed one night and the room served it’s purpose. The staff I encountered were very polite and I had zero issues with them.

Only given 1 room key. Was suppised to have continental breakfast, but didn't. Beds were extremely uncomfortable as if they wete old. Could feel springs. Coffee maker didn't workn so had to get new one.
