Great place to stay. Only problem was the deposit. Yes I understand a deposit but 7 days to be returned. Wow that's crazy. Won't be staying here ever again. Get up with the times. Even banks are faster than that.

I came here to escape the fire and they were very accommodating when I asked to extend my stay. I saw other people say it’s dirty but I’m like… if there’s no bed bugs then that’s all I care about. I’d take random hair any day! Which by the way my room is clean, no bugs, perfect safe place to escape to. Services like pool and breakfast are currently not happening but again… I just needed a quiet safe place with internet. Thank you travelodge.

I booked this hotel due to its listed amenities like gym and laundry facilities. The gym was closed til further notice, laundry room was out of service, elevator was out of service, and the room was a bit run down. Nothing like the pics. They should let people know that their amenities are not available when booking. Allowing people to book at full price without notice of these things is fraudulent. Staff is very loud and inconsiderate early in the mornings when walking by rooms. They now announced that they will be shutting the water off for two hours. This place is absolutely awful. DO NOT BOOK HERE. There are many other hotels in the are that are probably much better. Found hair in the bed, sink, and shower. Also, the area is not safe. It is by train tracks frequented by homeless people.

Probably the worst Travelodge in the world!

Room was so dirty, the staff is unfriendly and not very welcoming to the guests. Also, the location is far from being good and the price you pay for a room at this Travelodge is far too high for what they offer.

My recommendation: avoid this place at any cost!

They also ask for a deposit of 100$ and they do not accept cash.

Overall good experience, the room was lacking in its floor plan design and amenities. However good customer service trumps most of that. However $4.25 for a 16oz soda is outrageous!

This place is foul. The lobby is closed at night, so if you have a late check-in, you will have to talk to someone on an intercom while standing outside in the dark in a seedy area. Room was dirty, dusty, and I got 5+ bug bites overnight. Checked out early, and management refused even a partial refund.

A disappointment given the photographs on their website. Found hair in my room's bathroom sink upon check-in, as well as a t-shirt belonging to a former guest hanging in the bathroom. Grittiness in the carpet belied a lack of vacuuming. Exterior pathways used to access the rooms on the 3rd floor wobble and slant towards the parking lot. Several gaps in the same pathways are messily patched with what looked like plywood. The staircases were in similar disrepair, and the "in-service" elevator had a gaping hole revealing wires where the "down" button should be. The tub in the guest room had a soggy spot in the middle that suggests it's leaking and developing rot/mold below. Wifi connection was tenuous. In brief - the whole property is dearly in need of a paint job and inspection, plus perhaps a new maintenance and housekeeping team. Grateful for the kindness of staff who offered to reimburse me when I left early for the open arms of a better-kept hotel.

Glad that it's close to the Citadel Outlets, but otherwise, there aren't any redeeming qualities to the location, either. Love yourself and find another hotel.

The rooms are dirty. The rooms are filthy the people at the front desk give you attitude the woman with green eyes and curly hair. You need to smack her. There’s another chubby lady I think that’s the boss. You just smack her too. They don’t know what they’re doing and they need to go back to school. The pools are dirty. There’s leaves there’s bugs. Maintenance is rude lazy and the AC doesn’t work.
