I enjoyed my stay I wasn't bothered by anyone my room was nice it's just a simple room. Nobody bothered me nobody bothered my car. The only thing I would like is if they provided coffee. The location is very nice it's right off the expressway you can go a lot of different ways you can go to Indiana or Wisconsin or Michigan I mean it was fantastic spot the people are very nice I love the managers.

I and my wife just wanted to crash for the night, so we decided to book this. The room was very poorly ventilated, it smelled extremely bad when we entered it. Was almost unbreathable. The room was very unclean; it felt that no one even bothered to clean it before giving it to us. Paint was coming from walls, door was not even closing properly. We also felt very unsafe. We decided to leave immediately within 5 minutes of checking in. Would not recommend at all. Very bad experience!

ROACH INFESTATION
Spoke to front desk, she acted as if she was surprised!!!
She handed me the Raid to spray the roaches! Said I could receive 10% off next stay! Who tf wants to stay in a roach infested hotel.
Could not receive a refund, or another room.
Family had to sleep in car due to fear of bringing roaches home!!

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in! It looks nothing like the photos. The staff was not helpful at all. The door to my room was broken as if someone had previously kicked the door in. The sheets were stained with cigarette holes in them, The heat in the room did not work. Overall, it was a horrible experience!

Positive: Location not far from expressway. Negative: Waited an additional two hours in my car for the room to be cleaned and ready, being disabled, I could have used the honesty. I called twice after 3pm to see when the room would be ready.

Conveniently located: Shopping, Eating, Restaurants, Wind Creek Casino.

The rooms are decent for the value. The Staff/Managers were kind, welcoming and professional.

Gave a cozy feeling away from home.
Rooms a nice size.

I had an incident with a young lady in the front office just before leaving the premises. I let my anger get in my logics way. I sincerely apologize to the young lady (possibly Manager) for my actions and disrespect.

She was only kind, patient and mild mannered. I appreciate the time, patience and assistance given during my stay at Travelodge by all Staff.

If you are on a budget: I recommend Travelodge, just remember: You get what you pay for but if you ain't got it like that:

Travelodge is the best budget value in the area and there's plenty to see and do close by.

The Owners and Staff do their part to accommodate your stay in the most pleasant and serene way.

Note: Sometimes things happen that cause an unwarranted reaction but Travelodge is a good home away from home stay.

Worse hotel experience ever. The company’s poorly managed. And lack staff and organization. I constantly had to ask for my room to be cleaned because if not the staff wouldn’t do anything throughout the day. My room had bed bugs and small roaches. The lighting barely worked. There were cables and electrical wire exposed. It is a very dangerous environment. I seen drug deals, prostitution, and gang activity on the premises. Do not. I repeat do not waste your money going here. You might end up wasting it and not even get your money back. They are scammers that run a hotel. Please run!!! P.S they’re super racist.

If I could give them no stars I would. I have booked and stayed here for a few months off and on now due to some financial hardships. They are disgusting. The rooms either have roaches or ants. They are never cleaned despite having multiple housekeepers. Most rooms have no heating.so you have to ask for a heater or extra blankets(p.s. they don't like to give either)(they also keep your id/drivers license if they give you the heater). Bathrooms are never clean and never stocked with anything you need. Then when you say something to the staff it's a problem. Had a reservation for tonight and through out the rest of the month (price is the only reason why) and was told they would not let me get my room because I "complained" to much (I just pointed out the roaches and the black mold) and when asked if it's just me or is it everyone that they couldn't rent to, I was told it was just me. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WANT ALL THE MONEY I SPENT HERE BACK. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE REWARDS PROGRAM ALSO TO TRY TO GET IT BACK. RIDICULOUS. I also have pictures of everything. Just in case they try to deny it
