I stayed there with my folks a few years back, and it was just okay. My husband and I stayed a few weeks ago, and wow has it changed! They definitely put in a lot of work. Wood floors, flat TVs, fresh paint, but best of all the same smiling faces we saw last time. If I had any doubts from the last time we stayed, they are all gone now. Will be stopping here every time from now on, and will recommend to others.

They only clean the rooms . Once a week . The rooms and furnishings are old and rickety. The floors are not level . The best part of our extended stay is the air conditioning unit . It's noisy as all get out. But it works great . The people that run the place are charming . Very friendly .

Strange place. Ice machine does not work, paper thin walls, rooms smelled, was not a good experience. I found myself in the middle of nowhere and it was either the $189/night resort across I-5 or this one for a fraction of the price. So for the price, and for a couple hours of sleep, it was just what it was.||||Has a new BK and McD's within walking distance. Easy on/off access to I-5.

The couple that run the place is really great. Wish they clean the rooms more than once a week but they don't. They do take good care of the place the outside is always clean and orderly. Downside there's no pool

Very old and run down! Owner is veeery nice, but they don't have room service. Coalinga doesn't have much to choose from. All the other motels are just as bad.

Its a rathole! But cheap. Beds are tore up N sunk in. That means there's years of body flesh in the mattress.
