This spot took me by surprise as it’s really hard finding high-quality coffee in the Central Valley. I ordered a flat white and it perfect—super smooth with just the right balance of espresso, milk, and foam. If you’re a coffee enthusiast, I highly recommend stopping by.

Trail Coffee Roasters, one of the best hidden places to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. It’s open from 7am to 2pm. It’s a nice spot to study, meet up with a friend, and maybe even grab coffee to-go before work. Inside the coffee shop it is peaceful and cozy. The coffee shop is not too spacious, but it’s very unique and aesthetic. I love that I have an option to sit outside as well, because I can feel the nice breeze in the morning. They also have larger seating areas outside with an umbrella and a fire pit in the center. I really enjoy the atmosphere there. At trail coffee roasters, I ordered a latte. I could’ve add some sugar, but it tasted delightful even without it. The menu has a small selection of sweet, hearty, and grainy snacks you can eat. If only I could tell Trail Coffee Roasters, “I like you a latte”.

Unfortunately, I can no longer visit Trail. I do love their coffee, however, the flickering lights give me such an awful headache. I can't be inside for more than a few minutes without feeling nauseous.

Those of you with light sensitivities have been warned, can't imagine what an epileptic individual might feel.

Pretty good coffee served by staff with a minimum wage attitude. How hard is it to greet customers or say a word when you hand them their order? Disappointing considering this is one of Lodi’s few independent coffee shops.

I love the iced lattes from here. The guy who makes them is the best!! However, every time I come in when he’s not there and the other young ladies are the coffee just doesn’t taste good. The iced lattes are no where near as good. It’s like they can’t pull a good espresso shot.

This is a really cute spot I found on my short stay in this town. My iced mocha was the best one I had (out of 2 other places) so the beans and the chocolate are much better. It’s really comfortable indoors and they have a nice sitting area outside if you have good weather. I also tasted a chocolate chip cookie which was awesome and the ham/cheese croissant was tasty. My cousin had their herb croissant and she loved it. They have a small parking lot so it’s really convenient as well.

This place is great and maybe the best coffee option in Lodi, but to the baristas there-- with so much peace and love -- please stop burning the milk in your drinks. I beg of you.

Very clean but maybe a bit sterile atmosphere. Not necessarily a bad thing, probably just didn't have the music on yet.
What really matters is the coffee, and its fantastic! It's one of the best on my travels. You know a coffee shop is concerned about quality vs. quantity when they weigh out the shots. Worth the extra cost if you're a coffee snob/connoisseur like me. The family ordered food and said croissants were very good!
