I have never had nails that looked this good EVER! Miss Bella has pure talent and takes her time with each and every nail! This was my first time here and was absolutely incredible!

Love that my requests are respected! These are my natural nails. I am taking part in a performance and needed my nails exactly as completed even if it is a little different than typical. My design choice was not questioned and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of other services. Love this place!

The price were decent and the owner was nice. Everyone was and friendly but the entire service was rushed. Normally when I do pedicures, you go back, soak in the water for a bit then they start working on your feet. Not here. Immediately in and out. They did it to my best friend that was with me too, and Normally they let your toes dry a bit but we Immediately went over to do our fingers. No biggie except the lady kept stepping on my toes. The polish got smeared when she ran my thumb through my other thumb, she fixed it but it left a spot. She put me under the dryer and so did the guy that did my friend's and they left. The owner was still there but never told us how long to stay or anything. The polish didn't even stay on for 24 hours before it was chipped TERRIBLY. My feet still had dry rough patches that clearly hadn't been worked well. The massage chair didn't work either. Very disappointing and I won't be back. Also not their fault but dang near impossible to find a close space to park. Didn't know there was more polish selection and colors were all basic. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Always a pleasure- my nails and feet look good. Kayla does an amazing job on my granddaughter.
Very busy place. Sometimes you need to wait. I encountered many people saying rude things about this. I think it’s great they are busy and thriving. Make sure to allow extra time in case they do get busy.

I’m giving them 2 stars because they do a good job. However, my color has done some crazy fading Every time I’ve gone there. Bright pink turns to plain silver with in a week. I’m getting dip color but then they put acrylic gel on top and I believe that’s why is doing it. So I’m off to somewhere else cause I’m not happy with nails fading. Middle photo is day one, other two are 2 weeks and 1 week - completely fade in a WEEK!

I came back in to get a quick fill, was seated promptly and my service began with the woman drilling down the old acrylic and removing a broken nail. As her and I test TWO nude colors I asked her opinion on the color I chose and this is where things got weird. She snatched my hand back, removed the wet acrylic and said "I can't make the decision for you its your nail" I responded " oh, sorry I just wanted your professional opinion since Im a little uncertain about the color." she proceeds to speak in another language to coworkers nearby and says to me " well if you don't like your nail you wait for someone else" I told her that was fine as I was uncomfortable now. As soon as I said I was uncomfortable, Nick the manager, began to yell at me and say "you don't like your nails no one can help go to another salon." My nails were completely removed and services partially completed and they refused me service because I wanted another color. It was the most bizarre situation, so much so that I immediately exited when he made that statement no argument to be had. I called the police, I will be reaching out to the city commerce folks and BBB and whoever else because I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism. and to every woman who sat there and watched/heard what was happening shame on you!! Thank you Dekalb PD for taking the report seriously and confirming this location has had multiple incidents in the past. Not to mention Nick had his CUSTOMERS answer the phone when we tried to contact and get the nails tech's nail. He had them answer the phone and say it was a mexican restuarant, a auto repair shop and he told me to "stop whining and get a life" when I initially asked for her name. Not to mention coming outside and yelling while I waited for officers to arrive. I would give them a negative if I could.
