On behave of our family. I am writing this message specifically for Andrea who works at the front desk. He’s sincerity and hospitality definitely make our stay deferent .He was willing to offer wide information we need and always welcome us either warm smile.Also very attentive to our questions and help us find solutions. He made us feel at home during our stay for 5days. It’s too bad we departed day when he was off. so I think this is the only way we can say thank you. We will definitely come back to stay here if he is still working here. Best the Suns

Very clean. Staff is absolutely great! I had special circumstances that took me out of town, while my company continued to pay for my room. The staff took care of this situation perfectly. I didn't care for the breakfast, but it wasn't bad. Free parking. There's a brewery next door that sells Mexican yummies, a pizza place and a Wendy's- all in walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Reserved AND PAID EXTRA for a 2 queen room. Upon arrival, at about 10:30 pm, I was given my keys and went upstairs to my room. Keys weren’t working. Kept trying to open the door for a few minutes. Not working. Went downstairs only to find out they gave me the wrong room number! I was trying to open a door to a room that was already occupied!

Once I received the keys and accessed my room, I found out that it was a king room with only 1 bed. I called the front desk immediately and was told “Room types aren’t guaranteed, but there is a pull out you can use”. I asked to speak to the manager they said no manager on site but they will be there in the morning. They offered to bring up a roll away bed but the room is so small even if they did bring one the only place to put it would be blocking the door. So we had no choice.

We pull out the pull out and it’s not a queen, not a full, but about the size of a twin bed. The kids fought ALL night. Nobody got good sleep. Morning comes around I ask to speak to the manager. I was advised that they won’t have a manager on site until noon. Checkout is at 11am. So during our entire stay there was not 1 manager on site that could help us. Not one person in the entire building that could help us.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION AND GIVE YOU WHATEVER THEY DECIDE REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU BOOK AND PAY FOR. NOBODY IS THERE TO HELP AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.

Room was very dimly lir. One bedside lamp inoperative.||Asked for linens to be replaced and after texting and personal visit to front desk I still had to go 6 hours later and find a housekeeper to get them.||Entry door slammed shut every time it was used and this went on all night.||Go elsewhere.

Nice clean suite with more than basics. Great variety of restaurants within walking distance. Moderately priced.

Very clean rooms. Too bad the bed was hard, lumpy and uncomfortable; and the one guest computer has not been working for weeks. Not expected for a room in this price range.

Loved this hotel, super clean, good value for money and for me the fact that it has a kitchen is an awesome bonus
I like to take advantage of the facility to have my tea
The location is great with restaurants close and a trail to do some outdoor walking exercise

Rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were there for 3 days and initially only given towels and washcloths for one day. We reused what we could but after requesting more clean towels 3 different times and never had any brought up to our room. My husband did go to the front desk and picked up a few towels to get us through. I assume perhaps there was a staffing issue?
Breakfast was simple but good.
