Clean and quiet. Room was a little smaller than what I am used to. Indoor pool is very nice and very warm! Felt like a sauna in there which was great on a cold & windy night. Jan at the front desk is very sweet and I spoke to Carrie a few times on the phone and she is very accommodating. We will be staying there regularly in the short future for some therapy sessions for my daughter.

It smells good, not dated, old or musty like some hotels. The manager gave us an amazing deal for our stay, staff were so friendly, had everything we needed for our two week adventure. This should be the gold standard at which all points of customer service should be studied and replicated to all hotels out there. I felt like family as I was bringing my new family into the world. You’d be inept to pass this place by if you need lodging with many amenities. Don’t if I tell you I told you so.

My boyfriend and I were very pleased with our stay. Very cozy, and rooms were extremely clean, great amenities offered. Carrie and Iscelle at front desk were amazing helping us with our check in. You girls are awesome!

The Director of Sales, General Manager and Head of housekeeping make this TPS Minooka Hotel the place to stay. They have the best hospitality for hotels in the area, bar none. Great job to all the people that work there and prove day in and day out that this is the place to stay. Good luck trying to find a more friendly staff any where else, keep up the great work!

1. It was very inexpensive to book.
2. They're large-dog friendly
3. The rooms have a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, dining table and ample room.
4. Indoor pool and fitness room with machines.
5. Breakfast didn't taste like stale lies and carton eggs.
6. Not a large selection in the market/convenience section by front desk.
7. Friendly & helpful staff but not intrusive.
8. Ample parking and room for animals to play and potty.
9. Shower pressure was good (not low-flow)

Me and my wife absolutely love it here. We have now stayed 6 separate occasions and loved every minute of it. The place is so clean the workers are so nice and it is the perfect place for a getaway. I highly recommend bringing the whole family. They have a pool for the kids and in the front they have a grill and bonfire with couches if you want to get cozy.

We stayed here a month while waiting for our home to be ready. The hotel was nice, the front staff was nice, the housekeeping was nice but it was hard a few times to get our room cleaned once a week. To many people were putting their trash in the hallway ( upon instructions of front staff) The breakfast was decent, but there were days the only eggs offered were with cheese, which is not good if you can't eat cheese. There such be both available. There is a laundry room, and for those who don't bring your own quarters, the front desk can't make change for you. There are a few restaurants close by if you need to walk, and many if you can drive. There is a grill outside you can use also. We had a 1 bedroom and it provided lots of space with kitchen area, living area and separate bedroom.

Everything about this hotel is done right - including breakfast! Plenty of parking, next to I-80, but you can't hear the traffic. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the big one for me. Since Covid, Marriott has gotten lazy with breakfast serving these pre-packaged tasteless sandwiches and sad turkey sausage but Minooka did it right. Bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, and lots of other offerings. Minooka - well done! Thank you!
