only thing l can say is everything was clean top to bottom.. I will come back And the breakfast was off the chain.. yummy Yummy 😋 l will tell the others to come here as well but the only thing l didn't liked is you can't watch nothing on .tv. you have to bring a laptop with u or ur phone. To ordered to watch movies..but anyways everything was good for the stay.

This is a mixed review – – some good – – some bad. The rooms are, although small, nicely accommodated. The TV is tiny – – but so is the room. There was no ice bucket to be found.|Upon check-in, as a Marriott Bonvoy member, there was not a “token“ greeting gift? The breakfast was short and sweet – – not much selection.|So, not sure why I would choose this hotel over any others in the area.

Very clean rooms, the staff are amazing the only reason didn't get a 5 star was the breakfast is horrible. Would advise go to McDonald's next door to have better food

You can get better service under an overpass. They will stick you in a room where 50% of the items don't work and will refuse to fix them. The general manager and assistant manager are brain dead and don't resolve issues. They like to hide in the office away from anyone who has an issue with the subpar service or stand outside smoking. My stay would've been unforgivable had it not been for the kind ladies who work the front desk overnight doing 90% of the work that could be done by the staff during the day. Scott and Mary should be replaced.

Positive: Cleanliness, staff and location. Negative: There was nothing that I didn't like at this hotel. The next time I visit Joliet, IL, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue initially was lukewarm showers. I told the front desk, and it was fixed the next day. I loved their outdoor area. They have a nice place to grill out or sit by a fire and chill.

Stayed here five nights for business. One Bedroom Queen Corner Suite. Lots of room with a large desk, terrific stay.

Note that room cleaning service is only automatic every other day; I did end up needing to go to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper restocked. The front desk staff was always helpful and friendly.

The hot options for breakfast seemed to be swapped out for something different every day.

There is a gas station convenience store and restaurant within easy walking distance and getting in and out of the hotel to local highways was easy. Great hotel location.

Note that I had originally reserved a King Suite and that room was small and cramped and noisy from highway noise. I swapped rooms during the check-in period. Consider asking for the quiet wing/side when making reservations or checking-in.

I showed up and did not have a room available because their systems went down and they had no way of verifying reservations. Long story short, I had to spend a decent amount of time over the
phone to find another place to sleep. I've been going to this particular establishment for a number of years and even endured their renovations when the place looked like a bomb went off inside of it. I will not be going back from now on and I have canceled all my upcoming trips to stay at this place.
