We had a great stay here! Breakfast was yummy, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location near the Save Mart Center was amazing! I would definitely stay here again!!

Property was fine on the outside, room was reasonably clean - however, there was a 4inch dip in my king size bed and the sleeper mattress did not fold all the way flat to allow my daughter to sleep on it, not that i would have let her after seeing the yellow stained mattress. After talking with Expedia, they called the manager - Nikkolo - he offered a $50 and then $100 refund which i declined and then he promptly hung up on Expedia.

Convient location not too far off 168 on Shaw. Spacious well-laid out rooms. Lots and f plugs, nice mini-kitchen in the room with room for your needs. Breakfast’s were great rotated each day but very good. Staff were helpful & friendly. Easy access parking.

Our criteria when booking a stay for this trip was simple, a clean place to sleep that was located halfway between Yosemite and Sequoia.
Our room had everything we needed. We are aware this is not a five star hotel. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, we got our trash taken out and got fresh towels, a “refresh”. You can request that at the front desk.

Breakfast was available with more food options that expected. The staff was very helpful. Restrooms in the main level were clean.

This place is awesome. They treat us so well. It's a crazy-perfect location, close to everything. They are always super, super nice.

It's just a place to lay your head. Nothing special!! There is nothing close by within walking distance. A car or Uber is definitely necessary. There are other nicer hotels in the area that are close to food and shopping. And are well lit and safe to walk at night. This area not so much.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to a significant bug bite issue in my room. Despite raising concerns and discomfort caused by multiple bites on my body, including my neck and legs, the hotel's response was unsatisfactory. They claimed to have conducted an inspection with a certified company, concluding that there was no suspicious bug activity. However, this contradicts the evident bites I suffered during my stay. Their dismissal of my concerns and refusal to take any remedial remedial action is unacceptable and frustrating. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with how this matter was handled and urge potential guests to consider this before booking. I totally would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was perfect for my needs on a business trip. I chose this location because it appeared to be well ahead of any other options at the same price point.

I can't speak highly enough of the staff during my experience. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. One gentleman who worked at the front desk, Lordd, was especially helpful every time I had a question or needed something.

Thank you to this team for a great stay. 10/10 would recommend.
