I am moving here, and while I'm looking for a place, this is where I'm staying with my pet and have found the service staff to be very nice and friendly. The rooms are a great size and very clean. It's also nice that they studio like room that you can rent short or long.

The front desk was very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean, but they could use some TLC. AC controls had some issues, and the shower head needs to be cleaned. It was spraying in all different directions. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Typical continental breakfast. Didn't have regular milk for cereal. Coffee only had sugar and stevia in pour containers, not packets, and no creamers. Only had milk or half and half. If I have to come back to this area I will more than likely pick a different hotel to stay at. These are just my personal opinions and does not mean it's a bad place to stay just not for me.

I never receive room service every day they complained about my room, smelling like marijuana and told my company that I was smoking in my room. They never come clean my room. I had a messy room being there and they never wanted to talk to me directly. they would tell my company or make up things and not talk to me it was hard to get my room clean

Elites expect respect from front desk. This review will clarify a past review and a cover bonvoy elites. Bonvoy elites should expect zero upgrade here. I check in at midnite and simply asked for 2 beds and desk said I was not eligible. Shocked. I am platinum. It was a small ask and would cost hotel NOTHING considering it was midnite and we checked out early. So I’m going to lower the score to 1* and MAYBE Managment will notice. To clarify another post or update. 3 milks were available. There was a regular milk type and an oat milk. I found what I like and didn’t check 3rd milk. I didn’t check regular milk and idk if it’s full 2% or 1%. I thought I saw sugar and stevia packets but don’t use sugar. WiFi worked. Regarding g breakfast post of other - typical 2*: eggs, meat, yogurt, fruit, bagel, waffle, coffee, juice. The eggs were fully scrambled and fully cooked. I think real eggs and not powder eggs (I know because I cannot swallow powder ‘reconstituted ‘ eggs served at some 2* hotels). Kid did not like waffle. Idk why. I didn’t taste. Waffle mix looked normal to me. Shower head worked normal. A little bit of mold on shower caulking. Maybe one hair of previous guest (I’ve seen MUCH worse and won’t let myself be bothered by one hair). This review is for management to appreciate their loyal elite members, especially when it costs you nothing to provide an extra bed. Front desk was nice and friendly.

No WiFi. Was placed in room 330. No WiFi. Manager said it is not true. Had to go to desk. Moved me to 120. Wifi hooked up but slower than molasses then kicked me off. Room coffee has only cancer causing saccharine. Breakfast has only Stevia which I do not like the taste. Part of the Marriott chain which is horrible. Read the reviews about the roaches it makes me think twice about the Marriott chain.

This is the worst place in the world to stay the manager today and African-American lady kicked us out of the hotel because my down syndrome’s daughter flooded the bathroom. I did not know that Marriott corporation discriminates against children that have down syndrome. She refused to give me another room, even though I was willing to pay and that I have been a long time member of Bonvoy, don’t stay here. They don’t like down syndrome, handicap, children, thanks, Marriott.

Room was disgusting! The bathroom vanity had a huge hole in it with a spider inside. I don’t know why they would even book out the room we had! Slept with the lights on. Huge gap at the door. Someone could easily break in. Will never stay there again. Used our Marriott points for this nasty hotel. Glad it was only for one night.
