My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. From check-in, the staff was incredibly kind, offering me coffee and helping with some issues I had with my room key, always with a very helpful attitude. The cleaning team kept the room spotless and fresh, and they were also very attentive in providing extra towels and coffee when I needed them. I had an issue with the air conditioning, but the maintenance team resolved it quickly, making my stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for its excellent service!

Second time staying at this hotel and for sure last time.
Do not trust this place when they ask for your credit card. I gave them my credit card and they charged me and my company both for the room. Credit card information meant to be on file in case of damage to the room and today I noticed that they have charged my credit card for 281$. This place is not trustworthy and I will follow up on this with our corporate office first thing on Monday.

We really liked the cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel and staff.. All very nice. However, the "breakfast included" fell terribly short. Offering a couple apples, oatmeal and coffee does not a breakfast make for the amount of money and hype. We also felt a bit let down that there were no dog treats offered in the little store. You really could do better when you consider what you charge for this too. ||As a Marriott, you do well but could do so much more to upsell this location. Again, your staff was great.

The hotel was great. They didn’t have room service but it wasn’t a problem, they had little bitty kitchens. Complete with pots, pans & utensils too. Also they had cute little coffee makers. We’re not used to not having room service but we made do with these fantastic little suites! I recommend them! Also they had a fantastic little gym. I got a great workout on their Matrix equipment. I will return there when we go visit my husbands family again . I loved it here 😊🙏❤️

5* on receptionist professionalism! Decent amount of breakfast variety. They have an outdoor grill! Great location with so many restaurants nearby (wish there are supermarket nearby though).

Only a few minor issues we noticed at this property:
- The elevator was super slow.
- The 2nd floor hallway didn’t seem to have any air circulation at all. It was very stuffy.
- The bathroom door lock doesn't work in our room. Seems like the door and door frame weren't aligned, so the lock hold and lock couldn’t work.

All in all, we will definitely consider staying again if we are visiting the area!

I am a travel nurse, and stayed at this Hotel, for about 6.5 months, while working. The room, was cozy, clean, comfortable. I received a new mattress (the whole hotel). The housekeeping was excellent. It was quiet. Staff were friendly. I enjoyed my time here very much.

The service here is extremely good. I'm a frequent business traveler and was impressed by all of my staff interactions but especially Melissa at the front desk. She was so welcoming and helpful, it was great to meet such a friendly person on arrival. What really impressed me was when she heard we might be leaving early before breakfast, she offered to have a to-go bags of muffins and coffee ready for us. That's going above & beyond my expectations.

She followed up by calling us in our room to see if everything was in order and later she offered directions and suggestions around town. Later that night I saw her walking around the hotel outside, saying Hi to guests and keeping on eye on things in general. Which I thought was very professional.

The rooms have definitely been updated and very nice. The bed is extremely comfortable. My only complaint is the pillows are too soft, you may get six of them but they're all flat. Otherwise the room is well organized with a small kitchenette, desk/working area with a slide out table which I loved. It was a better height for me since I'm shorter and it provides more working space or a dining table. There is a separate bath and closet area, which was very clean.

I would definitely recommend this place to others staying in the El Centro area. & the AC worked great, which is a must in the area!
