Toe nails on my hotel room floor. Beard shavings on counter. Hair in shower. Ripped bed sheets. Cold showers all week. I complained about this daily and finally the front desk said the 4th floor did not get hot water. I did not switch hotels or rooms bc i was working long hours and was too tired. I picked up cleaning supplies and cleaned bathroom myself. Manager was supposed to call me but this never happened. Pools were drained. Front door did not open entirely. 4th floor was under construction.

Positive: Location Negative: They look like they were doing some remodeling and also it stated that there was a sofa bed. It was more like a boxspring. I don?t know how they expect anyone to sleep on that. They also didn?t have an extra pillow and blanket for the pullout couch

Overall a very bad experience. If you think the sofa bed is a standard pull-put bed from the couch, you are mistaken (see below). It unfolds and the cushions are extremely hard (only slightly less hard than the floor) plus there is a wooden plank in the center of the bed that runs along the surface. So if you roll to the center of the bed, you’re just on top of a wooden plank. A lot worse than the metal bars you occasionally feel on standard sofa beds. I can’t imagine anyone getting remotely a good night of sleep on it. Overall, I wouldn’t consider this an extra bed within the room. Further rooms were not cleaned (hairs in shower) not were we given towels. Given the amount they charge, this was entirely not worth it and it seems they are just trying to take advantage of folks.

Positive: Nothing Negative: If the hotel is under construction, smells like mold, everything has water damage. Everything is disgusting. This hotel should not be on any type of listing until the remodel is done. It had nasty water damage and it smells really nasty.

Room was great.
Lobby is under extensive remodel as of 11/9. Non-existent accommodation as far as normal lobby goes. I'm sure it will be great when they are done. But pricing should reflect a difference and/or a notice should be given before reservation is made on Bonvoy ap

This is an older hotel and they are renovating the whole place. And it is in need of a remodeling. Besides the pool & hot tub being closed you can experience other inconveniences like I did last month. Like a complete remodel of the ladies restroom by the lobby, making only the men’s room available with no way to lock the door. One morning that same men’s room had a backed up toilet. Strong paint smells from painting outside so we left for the afternoon. Too many things to mention. Breakfast is ok, but some mornings there was no yogurt. Must have been all used up by people getting early breakfast. |On the plus side the staff is nice and the housekeepers work hard to clean our room. Good towels, not thin or ruff. But bring your own pillows. I hope after the renovations this will be a 4 star hotel.

The front desk person (Jackie) is so rude that she alone makes it a bad experience. , They are so afraid that people might eat some of the breakfast , they barely keep it stocked. It's nice to have the full kitchen, but they are not even keeping them stocked with the normal items. They are going through a renovation, so there are some things to be expected. The pool has been closed for at least a year. It is a great location and hopefully when they get the renovation complete it will be a nice place to stay. Hopefully they get Jackie some customer service training. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Requested rooms to be next to each other prior to staying and then that was not an option when we arrived. The breakfast was really poor. Marriott normally does a great job but you could tell that the staff did not care at all. They did not replenish anything and the selection was really limited. They gave you all the toppings for a breakfast burrito but did not have any tortillas, ran out of orange juice and coffee, and only had one selection of bread. There was also food out in the hallway all four days during our stay. The pool was also closed. Very bad experience. Will not be going back again.
