First of all, owners are very understanding.

But apart from that, the room was in shambles. Considering that I had also booked their most expensive room, the jacuzzi room.

Room was non smoking but right when I stepped into my room, it's like I was suddenly in a Vegas casino.

And because of this it made the room feel really dirty, and parts of it was, the shutters had some duct tape holding part of it together, the shutters themselves have seen better days, the A/C unit has left over nail polish and overall dirt and grime from all previous bookings. Shower sliding door seemed like it broke because the sliding stuff is there but what's left is just a shower curtain, and the roof of the shower appears to be on its last legs, waiting to finally give in and ruin someone else's day. The wall behind the door of the bathroom seemed to be left open because as soon as I closed it, a pleasing wall patch can be seen. Smoke detector was missing and based off of the rest of this review, I'm sure you can recognize why, and to add to that, the walls and floor just seem to have a bunch of smokers residue.

All in all, just a mess, almost $400 for a room that is less than satisfactory.

And finally just to add, to really show how unpleasant this visit was, I initially tried to make it livable by purchasing as much smoke eliminating solutions as I could, which I proceeded to use, but to no avail, the scent of cigarettes, etc, was still very much prominent.

(I had to sleep through one night, as I couldn't book a different hotel room at that point already, I woke up between intervals feeling sick and with slight headaches due to the smell)

So yeah, that's the room, really unpleasant experience.

Not to mention the area, a lot of yelling at night, and also lots of prostitutes, again, not a pleasent area neither, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just thought I would also mention that.

Again owners are understanding, but rooms and general rules need to be maintained way more effectively.

No secured entrance. Rooms are minimum maintenance. I’m pretty sure the smoke alarm was missing and wires were hanging from the ceiling.

The rooms were recently remodeled and look amazing along with free WiFi and cable. The service was exceptional and Th tenants were very friendly. A/C really worked and the bathroom with was pretty good. However the queen-sized bed takes up mist of the space in the room if you're one who likes to walk around , but other than that there's plenty if outlets to stay connected an Th bed keeps you comfortable.

Beautiful Room. Nicely Remodel. I would of gave it a 5 star but the shower water only get warm it doesn't get hot. Besides this I have no complaints. To be on the "hoe blade" (long beach Blvd) And look as excellent as it does is amazing. Other motel need to take lessons. If you're going to charge us top dollar alease make the motel worth it....

Me and a friend were looking for somewhere to have a fight later in the evening. This place was on the list but it was a little too pricey for our future domestic issues. It makes me sad.

Loved the stay. Rooms are clean. Management is great. Wish the WiFi was great, but we were able to make do with our 5G hotspots. Will definitely stay again in the future.
