HORRIBLE PLACE!! Stayed there while looking for a house and it was the BIGGEST MISTAKE!!! Mold all over the furniture, under the bed, door frames and walls. As a result of the mold infestation my child and self became sick and now have to see a specialist. The owner, a doctor in Gulf Shores seems to think this is acceptable and refuses to fix the on-going problem. One we knew nothing about until it was too late. And to top off the hell we went through, which included us having to throw away a good portion of our belongings (as to not transfer mold spores), they over charged 50.00 and kept all deposits (never stated they were non refundable) so, 250.00 was also stolen from us. I am shocked ANY place could do this ..especially a doctor! If you value yours and your families health, stay far away...it will cost you in ways you never thought. Unfortunately this isn't allowing pictures to post.. one can only assume why. But I will continue to see if I can find a way. Lord knows the amount of pictures and video I took of this place to legally pursue the damage caused.

The sign says WEEKLY RATES. Some of the people who live here are on a fixed income and lucked out to be able to stay here. Quiet little place no loud music sign inside says if the police come a knocking you better be packing no drugs allowed. Was here 12 years ago and it has not changed.

Rooms are disgusting. Health department would shut them down in an instant if they had one look. A doctor owns the place and he puts zero dollars into improving the place. He just takes advantage of people that are lining his pockets with money every friday.

Woman that answered the phone was absolutely the rudest person! After she told me they rented rooms by the week or month she proceeded to tell me I needed to go home because it was late! I am a 36 year old mom of 2 that was desperately seeking a room & she made me feel like I was doing something wrong by seeking shelter for my family!
