I had the best service here. Mrkt breakfast sandwich was great and the convention center was a great place for the conference. I can't say enough about how kind and warm the staff was when I locked myself out and list my toothbrush!!! There are jokes on the keys and quirky things decorating the site. The patio is gorgeous with fire pits and flowers all over. I had a wonderful experience all 4 days!

Rooms are nice, pools are nice and not deep FYI. Hot tub is large, but they run you out at exactly 1000 pm every night. Has slide also great for kids. Bar has high priced drinks but a few nice single malts and one off whiskey. Bed is soft and nice. Room was quite. Easy to get to off highway for those that are driving. Parking is pricey but a nice private garage.

I went here to join my wife on one of her working trips. The accommodations were nice, and the view was nice too. The rooms don't have microwaves in them, but they give you the option of having one brought up for an extra charge. (That's why the 4 start rating). I feel like if it's a resort, everything should already be included when you pay. That's the whole purpose of going to a resort over say a hotel. Depending on where your room is actually located, need prepared to walk, because the property is pretty big. It kinda surprised me when I was given the directions to my room, how far I had to walk. Other than that, though, a cool place to visit.

I was at the Town and Country Resort for a conference last week and it was such a great stay. From the initial check-in, Ashley made me feel so welcome and at home---and excited about everything the hotel and the surrounding area had to offer. And she had patience with all of my questions and showed me everything on various maps (plus how to get to things that were farther away). The rooms were clean and large and the conference center was great throughout. Food was wonderful and the staff kept up with all dietary restrictions for the group without a fuss. It would be great if we could host the conference here every year.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kelly and Ashley during my stay at Town and Country Resort, and they truly went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and cared for.

Kelly’s attention to detail and professionalism were exceptional—she anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. Ashley’s enthusiasm and genuine kindness added a personal touch that made me feel like more than just a guest. Together, they made the resort feel like a home away from home.

Their commitment to excellent service reflects the high standards of Town and Country Resort. I can’t recommend them enough! I will definitely be returning, thanks to the outstanding care and hospitality provided by Kelly and Ashley.

This review is specifically about conference rooms and services during various conferences from 2023 to Jan 2025.

The employees make the difference. They’ve been more than helpful — they’ve been kind, quick to address challenges — they really work to keep the general area, bathrooms, meeting rooms and meals ready for attendees.

Custodial and food services staff have a lot to keep up with during one of our large events for the San Diego Regional Center. We bring a flood of people and their various needs, but the staff handles it well and, even though they’re likely tired, they hang in there and get the job done. A guest at our table yesterday had dietary issues which servers and management worked to accommodate.

The campus looks good, especially considering how long the Town and Country has been serving. I remember hearing from my bosses at one of my first jobs in the mid-1980’s that T&C was a great place to hold a conference. This is still true.

I was at the Town and Country Resort for a conference this week. The hotel is nice, our room was spacious, and the staff was friendly. We shipped two packages to and from the hotel for the conference, and Elias in the shipping department handled this for us. He was a rock star and made that process incredibly easy. I wish I had more time to check out the pool and other amenities, but I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed there because I was attending a conference there as well. I had some issues in my room and they had maintenance there within 15 minutes and they were very pleasant and fixed the issues quickly. The food was fantastic at the Market and the Lapper. I liked that there were enough paths to get around easy as well. Walking distance to a mall.
