AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Nurse Aren exceeded my expectations. He was so amazing and thorough during my laser treatments. He took the time to explain everything in depth and provided meticulous care. He’s not just a nurse, he’s an artist. I am so excited to come back. Highly recommend this med spa to any guy or girl looking for laser + other cosmetics.

Did many sessions of hair removal... Stopped for 2 months... Basically all the hair grew back. Waste of money. Doesn't work at all. This place is a scam... They changed to lower setting to keep you going back.

Really awful guy who works here and refused to use the laser on me and got mad when I said I had had botox and laser before in the same setting at other med spa before. I don’t know why that would cause someone to get upset. I only ended up getting botox told me i would have come back another day for laser hair by itself. I also made the mistake of saying I had had plastic surgery before and the man and grey hair older lady Doctor said “why wouldn’t you have that done at our office we have an award winning surgeon here”… Well first of all i didn’t know you then 2nd it was dependent on my insurance… They were kinda strange people working there and get mad if you admit to having cosmetic work done elsewhere. I don’t want to go back now they keep calling me for a follow up for botox…

Huge waste of money! The only good thing about this place is the laser doesn't really hurt. But I think they keep it on such a low frequency that you have to keep coming back again and again and again.Customer service is a mixed bag and you can't really build a rapport with any practitioner because every time you go they have several new nurses or whatever you call them. I've never had the same one in the years that I've gone there. I went for 2 years to get rid of some strays. I still have them! Also, I bought package deals and almost every time I go there they are "missing treatments" from the package and I always have to politely argue that I know i have more treatments left. You need to keep track of your packages cuz these people will just keep charging you and "losing" treatments from your package if you're not on top of it. It's pretty classless to steal from people like that. The treatments are def not worth the time, money or effort put into them since they don't really work. I barely noticed any kind of difference. And that's what's going every month! They seem cheap but if they don't work, that's not good! Also who the hell is Linda? never met her. I think a lot of these reviews are fake!
Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable place!

After going to many different places and doing laser for the last 6-7 years on and off. I found touch of class Medspa and I finally became happy with the results! This place offers a different type of machine that everybody says they have. It actually does work unlike other places that I went through and they gave me all the false promises. So after those 6-7 years of doing laser removal on my upper body , all the hair came back even thicker! Until I had my 3rd session at TOUCH OF CLASS MEDSPA! I couldn’t believe how the effect I always heard is real! So I was very happy. Also the Staff are super nice and professional. I can tell you as a man with the thick hair background , I lost 90% of those after 5-7 sessions. It does come back a tiny bit but even if I don’t do laser it’s not that noticeable. But I still go back to do touch ups. So I recommend this place to anyone know needs laser hair removal treatment to be done 🙂

I've been going to Medspa for about a year for laser hair removal. Everyones body is different when it comes to results. I may need a few treatments left to be satisfied with achieving the results I want in one area. I highly recommend this place. They do have affordable prices packages. I will definitely come back to do other laser treatments in other areas in the near future.
