I went in for sub-zero cryotherapy after suffering a back injury, and I was blown away by the results. This treatment specifically targeted the affected area, significantly reducing inflammation, swelling, and bruising in just a matter of days! Thanks to the amazing care I received, I was able to regain mobility without the assistance of a walker within just two days. After my second treatment, I could fully bend again, which I attribute entirely to the effectiveness of this therapy.

I attended a wellness party and absolutely loved it!! This place is such a vibe of relaxation. The compression therapy was so amazing combined with the light therapy. The owner is so incredibly nice and attentive when you’re doing the different therapies, checking in every so often to make sure you’re comfortable. The whole place was cozy and clean. I highly recommend the place and would love to host my own party here one day!

I give Total Sculpting in Elk Grove 5 stars because they deserve it. Normally I am a skeptical person with really low self confidence. This wonderful "family" has always made me comfortable and supported. I have always had the drive and determination to be healthier mentally and physically but at age 58 I was stuck at the same size. I eat pretty well 😊 and I am active but I needed and wanted that boost of confidence to help with my overall health. I can honestly say I am so happy with my results. I have been receiving Cryoslimming treatments and have been taking advantage of the other wellness benefits (Oxygen bar, cocoon pod, sauna and oh so awesome CryoFacials) I am now 10 pounds lighter and 2 sizes down. I feel better than ever and my confidence has improved greatly. It is a process and I understood that. I am so happy that I took that leap of faith. I have made 3 wonderful friends that I can call my family. I can't wait for upcoming appointments because I feel the love from the owner Jill and the staff (Maritza and Chazzy) my self care is my priority so I can take care of my daughter and be an example to her. My family at Total Sculpting is always there for me (nutritional advice, workout advice and even personal advice) There was absolutely no pressure at my first consultation. Jill explained everything to me in detail. I love them ❤️ They will always be a part of my life. Next step: toning because of the inches and weight I've lost. Woohoo!!

I started going here in December. I’ve been following them on instagram for a year and then I told my sister in law about them. She started going there last year and told me she really loved this place. Sooo I finally got the courage to go. I walked in for a consultation and information. Chaz and Jill were greeted me and were so welcoming. Their personalities and the way they show they truly care about health and wellness is what had me sold. & also the place is super cozy and I love the decor! They had a really good holiday deal and I was able to do payment plans. I was super excited for this because my wedding is Feb 2024 and needed to save for that. I’ve been getting my treatments every two weeks, and each time I feel very comfortable. I even fell asleep a few times during my sessions LOL. It’s been about 1.5 months and I can see a difference. I must say that I’m also planning for my wedding day so I’m doing more than just the sessions. I’m eating balanced meals, working out 3-4 days a week, and drinking lots of water/sleeping. I’m also massaging my areas that are being treated and following the care instructions provided the care team. I can’t wait to see the end results! Nothing but good things to say so far. Love this place! The ladies are always so warm and welcoming when I come in for my appointments. They are knowledgeable about the treatments and very personable. I have noticed changes with the Cryo slimming and also the Cryo facials. Chazzy and Maritza are always so friendly and make me feel comfortable. Jill was also very welcoming on my first visit and has been great with supporting my journey to get in shape. Total Sculpting is definitely going to be a constant in my life.

This is a great place! Everyone was so welcoming from day one. Had the best experience throughout my whole treatment. I did the cryoslimming, lost inches and lbs! My clothes fit better and I feel better about myself. I also enjoy using the infrared cocoon. Love getting rid of the toxins. I almost forgot- had a Cryo facial too! But Jill and her crew changed my outlook on skin care treatment that boost up my self confidence and they top it off with very good customer service.
