I have always had my nails done here and I love it so much because I always come out Of the nail salon in such a good mood I see people complaining about this nail salon, even though the other one is so much worse more people need to come here five stars!! I have been getting my nails done since I was 11 years old and this was by far my worst experience. My friend and I went for walk in manicures and left with chemical burn on our hands as well as skin peeling up, cuts on each side of our nails, and blood. The staff was also rude when we asked them to be more gentle when using the file and clippers, as we were clearly being injured. The lady even looked up close at my fingers that were bleeding, made a weird face, and dropped my hand back onto the table like it was nothing.

Also while I was there; a male worker and a client of his got into an argument because he refused to change gloves in between giving pedicures. The lady was concerned for sanitary reasons, as she should be. I heard and watched the whole thing play out. The man was very rude to her and acted as if she was in the wrong, when all she did was simply as if he could please change his gloves before doing her pedicure after he had just done another woman’s.

Overall I would not recommend this salon to anybody. Getting my nails done is typically a relaxing and debriefing experience, but here made it stressful, painful, and overall draining.

Super friendly staff who don't hesitate to make your #nailgoals a reality. They were also patient as I debated which colors to get after changing my mind time-and provided the perfect color when I asked what color went with the one I liked. I also loved how I didn't have to pay extra for every little detail like accent nails, shaping, etc. Very inexpensive for the quality of services! Definitely making this a regular spot.

My sister went to this place and paid $40 for her nails. It has been one week and nails are falling off and chipping. It was a waste of her time and gas!

Was very pleasant experience. Got us in a bit last minute, but very friendly. Did an incredible job on my gel fill French tip and my hard working boyfriend got a relaxing pedicure. Would 100% go back

The last time I visited Top Nail for a pedicure it was OK, but they cut me when they were trimming cuticles. After this experience, I will not return. This time, the attendant was by herself. When I first came in I was asked to return in an hour because they were busy. I did this and was seated immediately. While she was doing the pedicure, a woman came in to have polish removed and then a couple came in, both wanting pedicures. This is when things went south. She applied only one coat of polish (that I brought in). I'm not sure about a base coat, but there was no top coat. She moved from pedicure to pedicure without ever washing her hands. She was rude to all 3 of us, while completely ignoring the woman at the table. All 3 of us had to ask if we were done when she turned her backs on us to attend to the woman at the table. I will NEVER return to this location!!!

I had a full-set done and within the first three days I had 3 fall off. I am extremely disappointed. The young man is really nice and did a great job on my pedicure, but the woman that seems to be in charge, was rude and in a hurry!

Don't waste your money and time. I just had my no chip nail polish put on and they look hideous. My fingertips were painted with nail polish as well when I asked for it to be removed she said that it will come off eventually on its own. My cuticles were not cut and removed properly there's still ripped and dry parts of them left on my nails. There's bubbles underneath the nail polish that I inquired about and I was told that that's how no chip polish looks like. I have to say I am very disappointed in the service I got.
