We needed a last minute cake for our engagement party and Michael was so helpful on the phone! He reassured us that they would be able to make the cake we were hoping for. Dominique decorated the cake and it was even better than we could have hoped for. Cannot thank both of them enough!!

Watch the prices. Absolutely horrible how they have a sign that says on sale and then over charge you. There was a cut meat priced different. I brought it up to the rude cashier, who likes to throw the food after scanning. (She made a prior customers food leak.) She had to clean it up.

I even took a picture of the flyer and all the meat cuts under that sign. And I told the cashier, these are supposed to be on sale. She didn't pay much attention the until the end. Then we had to wait again for the supervisor to go take it to the butcher. Then comes back saying it's only for when buying from the butcher. Then why the hell does it say $4.99 on the coolers with the prepackaged meats. They didn't price match. They wanted me to go back to the butcher and get new cuts. Then why have a sign that says it's on sale. Yes these on sale but not these prepackaged, even tho there's a sign.

Have been disappointed with this location every time I come. I would understand if it was the wrong item. But it's not. It was the exact same cut. And it was already packaged. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. And I wonder how many people have purchased and we're overcharged.

Bought a small cake with cupcakes around it. Turns out the cupcakes and cake were two days old and they refused to give us a discount. Came home and the cupcakes were as hard as a rock! If I could give negative stars I would. Do not recommend the bakery.

I usually have very good experiences at Tony’s but not today!
There is a new Butcher Dept. Staff and they are not at all helpful. Won’t debone the short ribs and when I asked if they had ox tail, the Assistant Manager of the dept. just pointed down the aisle and barked out that if they have them, they will be down there!
Well, I guess I must be old, I am used to getting service, not an attitude from someone that depends on people like me, buying stuff from their store, in order for them to have a job.

I spoke to the gal at the customer service desk, but just got excuses for the clerks poor attitude and worse service. I know these young guys are sometimes difficult to train, but either train them or fire them. Tell him his next job is down there and point to the door!

The Jewel store across the street has a really friendly Butcher and he had only a smile and a nod of yes, when I asked for service. Now that is how it should be!
Tony’s lost $100.00 today and my future business as well. I figure that will amount to $12,000 a year! Bad employees cost Money!

I give it 4 1/2 I like Tony's only they don't have the habanero cheese that Garden Fresh has. So I have to go to mundelein for that. Prices are usually pretty good on certain items. Produce is usually good, fresh.

Great to do my shopping at Tony’s but last week I bought a grill chicken and there was a leg bone left inside, also clerk was not paying full attention and was charged twice for an item.

Tony's Market is one of the best grocery stores in the area! I highly recommend visiting them to get all your shopping done.

They have a vast selection of international products from many countries as well as any domestic items you need, all at a fair price. Each department has a ton of high quality goods, the produce is especially nice.

The premises is maintained very clean, no products spilled over the floors, and the restrooms are kept spotless.

I love this place so much 😭😭😭

The salad/ hot bar is so amazing. The options are varied and delicious, the place is kept spotless, the workers there are so nice.

My only thing is that I bought some pre-cut mango that I had to throw away because under the top it had gone bad but everything else has been perfect. Happy, loyal customer.
