I went two days ago (10/27) to get a gel manicure on my real nails. I usually go somewhere else but decided to stay local this time. Anywhere else I’ve ever been to for a full manicure(not just color change) has trimmed my nails, cut my cuticles down and any other maintenance that were to be done. The guy didn’t do any of that. He trimmed down my longer nails but didn’t touch my cuticles at all. He also only did one layer of color. My nails are super weak when they’re not done so they keep bending since there is only a layer on there. Since there isn’t layers of polish and clear coats, my gel is already starting to chip and it’s only been 2 days. I definitely will not be back.

EDIT***

The reply they left stating I came in for a color change only was completely incorrect. I came in and asked for a GEL MANICURE. Not a color change. They have all pretty much chipped off at this point and it’s only been a little over a week.

As of my experience...I wasn't pleased at all...with the whole experience. For starters .....the prepping for a full manicure/coffin style..cats eye was minimal as it could've gotten...and I wouldn't use the word thorough either....and they looked boxy as they could get...and to top it off...my thumbnail popped off the whole nail and they were on for less than a week... and it was $60-65. Definitely wouldn't recommend...#sorrynotsorry
