Haven’t been here in a while but I’m in the area so decided to stop by and invite some coworkers with me. Of course I had to go with my go to the country fried steak and eggs with hash browns. This always hits the spot and gets me nice and the quality is top notch. The service was fast and can get packed so be ready to wait if you come at the wrong time of day ie lunch time or the weekends. The decor is clean and well kept for a diner that’s been open a while. It’s not old and dingy like many others.

Drove 75 Miles, and It was worth it.... Absolutely A new Taste that u can't miss... Gorgeous Place, excellent customer service, We Loved 😍 it.. Definitely Coming back...Cafe De Holla would be really good to have next time we go...

Can't believe this place doesn't have more stars! Absolutely amazing. I was expecting to have to wait to sit or get my food based on it being completely packed. No I had no wait and the food was so quick. Just had a normal two egg breakfast and it was amazing. Some of the food I saw being pumped out looks amazing as well. The staff simply don't stop. The bar tender with the glasses was amazing!! Kind and quick! Best brunch I have had in years!!

Hubby got the Carnivore Omelette with country potatoes, I got the Carnitas Scramble (it looks like an omelette when served) and for the lil one we got the full breakfast from the kids menu. Food was quick and fresh. Only complaints was that both of our country potatoes were undercooked and seemed very dry without Ketchup (It was nice they came with onion and jalapeno ) Also they are a bit light on adding salsa to the dishes so we got an extra which let the taste really shine through.

Delicious breakfast from super friendly and happy staff! My teen got Nutella stuffed French toast (made it a combo with eggs and bacon) and cocoa. I got an egg whites omelet and decaf. So nice that our waiter offered me a to go coffee for the road. It was clear from his demeanor that he really likes his job, which is always a bonus for us. We will definitely be back.

Another great breakfast spot 😋 mmmmmmm loved it!
Food was delicious and just the right amount 😀
I tried the 🍖carnitas 🍳skillet since it was the top plate recommended on Google review. The county potatoes 🥔 were delicious and not dried out. Cooked great, nothing to rav about in my opinion.
Did have a bite of The Mochajeta & that was phenomenal, presentation was on point! Love the grilled cheese 🧀 gosh I want this plate now!!! Large portion and alot of it is vegetable 🥒 so you don't get too full🫃
Recommend the 🥃 Mezcalita! Fiery 🔥 tasty cocktail 🍹 am definitely coming back to sit at that bar 🍻
The biscuit & gravy side was above subpar. I believe they lightly sprinkle paprika on top of the biscuits and gravy.
🧇Waffle 🧇 was delicious! had great texture, not over powered with sweetness but just the right.

We tried to sit outside but today was way too ❄️ cold 🥶. I know I know, we are in San Jose but it was cold for us bay area folks 😂 😆 I do like the outside heaters but you gotta be right next to em to feel it.
Inside was warmer, am sure in the summers it's worth sitting outside.
Wait-list is available, they got a good system for waiting.
Service was great, didn't take long after ordering which was lovely.
Everyone was polite and respectful, no issues.
Only 1 thing to point out but nothing you can really do about it(real estate), but only 1 restroom for both guys and girls, so that's a wait to use.

The food was good. A little pricey but they give you a full plate. Mimosa flight was really great! Truffle fries, chile verde and waffles were tasty. The only issue was the wait. We knew it was busy but tried to reserve a table from their website and was confirmed but when we got there we had to waitlist because they don't use it. Waited an additional 40 minutes.
