I'm not one to complain much, but I saw and heard multiple customers complaining about their services. Like others, I felt like the attendant rushed through my service. I requested a fill with dip powder. There was dip powder lining the walls (and it was listed on the pricing poster on the wall) so I thought it was safe to assume they knew what they were doing. I was wrong. As he started putting the acrylic on, I stopped him, showed him a YouTube video of dip nails as sn example, and he still did not know what I was talking about. Then the colors I wanted weren't available either. I chose several colors from their samples and was told repeatedly that I couldn't get the color shown. And then the work was sloppy. Lots of product left on my hands even after multiple washings. He only applied 1 coat of polish and missed the front and sides of multiple nails. Acrylic caked up under my nails and unevenly applied. No cuticle care, no lotion. Nails not an even length. Almost everything you don't want in a nail service. I will not be back here.

I just got a pedicure/manicure at this location. I am not real picky but the picture I attached says it all. I have been going here several times in the past several year with stellar results. Not anymore. In addition the pricing has increased but the service obviously didn’t elevate to match the pricing. I spoke with the manager and he didn’t seem too concerned.

I finally found the perfect nail salon! I’ve been searching for a place where they really listen and are patient with my requests, and this place checks all the boxes. The customer service was outstanding. Kevin did my nails, and he completely understood the design I was going for. I even brought in a picture, and he nailed it (pun intended) perfectly. Highly recommend!

Totally disappointed. Went in for a pedicure was told 10 minute wait, waited an hour. No one said a word to me other than go sit in the back. After seeing everyone else being serviced, I left. This is not how you treat new customers that do not know your procedures.

Was very happy with the job the young lady did on my nails, and also happy with the eyebrow wax another woman did here.

But I'm rating this place with 3 stars because there was Way Too Much Stimuli going on inside while I was getting services done. 😖 When I come to a nail shop, it's intended to be therapeutic for me. I like a relatively quiet and relaxed environment. 🙂‍↕️And I did not get it here, unfortunately. 😒

Music playing overhead (probably could have been turned down some). One guy (possibly the manager) kept hovering over my lady and asking me questions, etc. He also kept asserting that they can do "any design you like." Oh, thank you. But what I would like is to close my eyes and drift off in my thinking, without you or anyone in my face right now. Sorry. 😑🫢😐 Oh, he sat down right next to my nail tech and made himself at home. Then, got on his phone and started playing loud videos.

And a group of their workers were seated at the front, having a loud and good ole time, laughing and carrying on. It seems to be mostly staffed by millennials and Gen Z'ers (which I don't mind in general). But I noticed this, alongside the overstimulation in the environment.

Good service here yesterday (for my nails and eyebrows), but no serenity at all, after such a long day. 😞I may or may not be back.

Last week was my second time going to this location. I was very pleased with my service given by Rose. Even though my set was very simple ( a coffin French tip with rhinestones) I will definitely be coming back for a fill & color change. I was also very pleased with my first service there with Andrew (If I recall correctly, he was at table 7). Both were great!

Do Not Recommend! I gave them a second try and they failed again. First time their no chip chipped within the first two days! Today I went in for a fill in and the woman doing my nails, her station was not clean and WREAKED of mildew. Primer was applied first and nails did not stop burning! Nails now smell like the mildew from the dip/acetone that was obviously very old. If my nails fall off it’s clearly from this shops poor hygiene and up keep! I went in for a fill in and can still see my last set after being completed. I’m disgusted.
