Amy was very thorough in making sure she designed my nails exactly how I requested them. She goes above and beyond and her freehand never fails! Today she serviced my nails and feet with a beautiful gold flake and spider style, marbled on a milky white base color. Definitely request her if you want unique nails! Thanks Amy!

I felt like they got over the last time I got my nails done. (It's been several days so excuse the picture). But anyways I got a fill in with one nail being broken so they had to put another nail on that one & my eyebrows waxed. $65 was my total plus a $2 fee for using my card and I still left a little $3 tip. Usually tip bigger but not that day. So $70 altogether. That person usually never does my nails, maybe one other time before but to be a frequent and feel like they got over will definitely lose my business. I'm sure it doesn't matter but I will definitely be finding a new nail shop.

I got the powder dip & less than 5 hours after having my nails done at Tina's the polish had chipped off. I paid $45 and this is what I get & I live in St. Charles so I'm not right around the corner!!

My complaint today is poor service I paid $77.00 for gel manicure and gel pedicure less than two days my polish chipped I was out of town on vacation, so when I go back the tech going to tell me that the polish didn’t stay on because my nails are thin that’s not true I’ve been wearing gel polish for years never happened this fast I’m from Texas last polish stayed on til I came to get them done it was three weeks old The tech did a rush job cause they only had 3 workers that evening and appointments no need to worry it my last time. Years ago I used to take a client and my mom there it was good. I moved away for a while it not the same the younger girl up front she is a liar cause she talking fast and moving quick only to make more money. Won’t be returning!! Then she and two customers had the nerve to whisper, and commented under their breath on what she was filling they’re head with whereas dark race of people don’t know how to stick together on nothing. I dislike black folks at times I believe if they had a problem with the way their hand and feet not right they would be there too, who has money to pay for bad service not me. When I get my nails done, I expect them to last at least three weeks with gel polish. I’ve been getting my nails and feet done in Texas for a long time never have I had to go back for a redo in a couple days or a week.

The prices have gotten out of hand and the work doesn't match. It looks like my 5yr old niece painted my nails.
