The Zen Shiatsu treatments Julia provides bring me back into balance, loosening spots where the tightness runs deep and helping me feel more integrated. You walk into a lovely shop and check in. Then they walk you back, where they have water and snacks for the taking. The massage room was very peaceful and comfortable. I was asked if I would like the bed heated, and I said yes. Wow, really nice. Amy, the masseuse, did an excellent job.

Wonderful environment with a cool gift shop in the check-in area. Rick was professional and helped me with problem areas. Everyone who I interacted with was cheerful and helpful. I felt incredibly comfortable the whole time. I purchased a CBD salve that Rick recommended, and I love it! It was an A+ experience from beginning to end.

Quiet pretty massage place with attentive staff. Very calming environment and relaxing experience. Amy gives an excellent skilled massage and other staff I have had in the past are also good. Convenient location in downtown Highland Park.

I cannot recommend Therapeutic Kneads and my masseur Rick enough! I saw them for 10 weeks and the results have been life-changing. Prior to my sessions, I had limited shoulder and neck mobility which was impacting my ability to work out and live my daily life. Rick worked wonders on my muscles and I am now able to move without pain again. The entire experience was professional, calming, and truly therapeutic. I am so grateful for the care and expertise I received at Therapeutic Kneads. Five stars all the way!

This place is a wonderful gem in the middle of town. The massage therapists are the greatest. There is one for everyone. The depth of variety of therapist make it a great place. I have never received a bad massage. Rick is my personal favorite. He has the right type of pressure for me to fix what bothers me. I highly recommend coming in for a massage. I have even taken my teen kids in for a massage and they loved it too.
