My girlfriend and I both got facials yesterday. The ones we selected stated there would be a face and neck massage. What we received was a few pats on the cheeks and slight touch of the neck. Perhaps I am ignorant to the level of expectation regarding what a face and neck massage would be. Other than that, the esthetician was gentle and professional.
I can't say the same for the person at the front desk. In the process of buying a gift certificate, I was insulted by the comment and borderline accusation that I was a cheater because I wasn't buying the gift certificate for my girlfriend. The gift certificate was for my niece whom I had brought there last year and her birthday is coming up. The unnecessary comment really soured the experience for me. I drove from Villa Park to go this establishment as a form of neighborhood loyalty to that area that I lived in for years. I still get my haircuts more than a few times a year around there, George & S, lovely people! My dentist is down the block, Medhat Dental Excellence, the best in the city, in my opinion. This person, 1 person and 1 comment, showed that there is lack of understanding
when it comes to professionalism to ALL your clients. Perhaps, my niece will have a better experience when she decides to use the gift certificate. Otherwise, I would be very upset to have spent $350 there when I could've spent it on something my niece, my girlfriend and I, would've enjoyed more.

Small local gem of a spa. Clean and comfortable. I think it was Vivian at front desk and Ann at door when I arrived - both were friendly and very nice! Ann was my massage therapist. She's a small lady but don't let that fool you - very strong with so much energy! Very nice experience overall!

I’ve been to this spa numerous times and have a few different services and all of them have been wonderful. However, I made an appointment for a seaweed wrap and a massage for my birthday and to my surprise, they had only scheduled me for a seaweed wrap. While disappointed, I understand mistakes happen, but I received no apologies. No trying to right their wrong. I called and spoke to a manager, Vivian, a few days later. While she was apologetic, she said she would call me back later that day after she spoke with the owner (who I originally asked to speak to). It is has been 3 days since and I still have not received a call back. It’s very disappointing that this place that employs talented people to preform services, will lose this customer due to lack of customer service.

Went with a friend for a couples massage and it was the best massage experience we have both ever had. The ladies were very friendly and knew which areas to focus on. The rooms are very relaxing and calming. The front desk assistant is nice as well. Will definitely go back when I visit the city.

The worst spa in the world. Worst service and worst woman working on front desk. They made an appointment for me and when I came there was no one. In the end, they moved me for the next day, and when I came, that grandmother was so rude and disgusting, and she didn't want to talk normally. The worst experience in the world. they ruined my day, and my birthday, and everything.

I just have to add that you are liars, that I called you that day, no one answered and no one was at work during their working hours.
