I've been coming here for years and the staff is always friendly. My stylist is always up to date with current styles and colors, which I love. Plus, they're a full service salon. You can get a facial, full body massage, nails, and get your hair done, all in one place.

The Willow is an amazing place. The staff is very caring and tentative to your needs. I go twice a month with my mom, whom has dementia. Everyone is so loving to her and the owners have been awesome in accommodating our needs. I can never thank you all enough, you all rock

I have been a patron of many services of the spa including the hair salon, massage, nails, and gift shop for at least 15 years. They even hosted my friends and family for my bridal spa day 14 years ago! They continually and consistently provide amazing client services and have been a treasure to this community over the years. I 100% recommend them.

My experience at the Willows was disappointing. Every time I was getting my hair done, I would hear the beauticians talking about another one of the beauticians who worked there. I know several people who worked there and left because of that reason. Also, the last time they did my hair, I left with my hair absolutely fried to the point that my new beautician has refused to color it for a YEAR and during that year I can’t use any heat products (not even a blow dryer). I’ve also had to purchase several products to treat my hair to help it become healthy again.

I had a stylist whom I went to for color and cut three times. The third time I had so much breakage that when another hair dresser saw me she teared up. Not only did the original hairdresser not warn me of possible breakage before hand, she tried to cover it up afterward by saying, “how do you feel about some layers?”. I called to complain but instead of an apology from the owner, was only told that all the hair dressers were “independent contractors”, therefore, she was not to blame. I also overheard workers talking behind each others backs, workers accuse the girl who scheduled of having favorites and only giving clients to her "favorites", ect. This was so unprofessional and tacky! If I could leave zero stars I would, but there isn’t an option for that.

Everything was great the only slight issue is that I do have a little bit of overlay acrylic and some parts of my nail missing color the black nail polishes is sheer even though she did about three layers.

I’ve been coming in for a few years now and I’m always surprised at the customer service provided! Everyone always has a positive attitude and is quick to make you feel comfortable! Beth is the artist I see when I visit, but I’ve had amazing experiences with almost all the other ladies on staff! I never leave disappointed. Also, the boutique items in the front area are so beautiful! Great selection of gift items for anyone you may be shopping for during the holiday season!
