We did not stay at Wilder B&B but wanted to share our extremely distressing experience trying to get our money back when we had to cancel. Laura and Jacque were both dismissive of our emails and calls, ignoring the fact that they had thousands of our dollars and had already rebooked our accommodations to someone else. They were open about the fact that they were prioritizing their current guests, and made no effort to expedite our refund. I am confident that if I had not involved my credit card company, we would never have gotten our money back. I hope to visit Lake Clark one day, but will definitely avoid the Wilders.

Great lodging, hosts, and access to the runway. We're sooo cozy and happy we chose to stay here! There's also wifi. We stayed in the new, standalone Bunkhouse. It's fantastic. I've enjoyed cooking here, the kitchen is well stocked with tools and supplies. The Wilders are incredibly hospitable and we look forward to coming back!

Beautiful accomodations. This "cabin" was stunning with high end finishes throughout. An assortment of foods were in the kitchen for our stay. The Wilder B&B is right on the runway like the rest of the town of Port Alsworth. In Alaska you absolutely need to appreciate air transportation. We visited here for the Lake Clark National Park and it did not disappoint ?

This place is great, super cozy and the Wilder family is extremely nice and accommodating. They have one building/unit that is a little older and a brand new one as well. My regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.
